Stolen cue!!! Barry Stewart has my cue.

From what I can see on Zillow.com, there is a house there, and it is for sale for 650k.

It looks like the owner has vacated the property already by the room pictures. Looking at the price history, it looks like the owner has been trying to sell it since 2009. No way to know how long it has been since someone has actually lived there, though.

On a side note, I'd like to know how much it cost to put that inground pool in the back! You can see a better picture of the grade of the back yard on google maps.

It's been 10 month since Scott Gracio shipped my cue to the wrong address, he promised me that he was going to make me a great cue to make up for his mistake.he has my money that I sent him thru paypal. He won't return my calls or text me he selling cues on A Z. Just would like to some open communication from him he won't do it by phone so I'll try this for a start.
 
And I would like your answer here on A Z billiards first payment sent march 1, of 100.00 second payment march 10 , because you said you needed money so I sent you 550.00 then April 25 you told me that you had to wait to get money to ship the cue so I sent you another. 30.00 to help you out. Now I have been waiting 10 months or more you have sold three cues on A Z and you haven't said that you are even building my cue. So what's the word Scott why are you doing this,I know if I was in your position I would have sent you my own playing cue or have ad least started the cue. What do you think I should do to get my money or cue or ad least an answer from you. Come Scott answer me here ad least it's not the main forum.

I felt bad for this Gracio guy when he first posted this thread, but now it seems like he isn't much different than the scumbag in SC he accidentally (and very stupidly) sent it to.

I have given him a year all I want is my cue,Or my money back.what has me nuts is he has sold cues here on AZ. He could answer me here. I also posted on a link that he was selling a cue on to make sure he seen it. Sent him a message, texted him on his phone and posted on his Facebook page.i just hope he hasn't stiffed anyone else.
 
I would never do business with this guy. Hes had plenty of time to make this right. I think its crazy to use AZ to sell your cues and shaft its members knowing that it will be well documented. Shame on you Scott. Thats no way to do business.

I agree that it's time to get to the bottom of this. If what you're saying is accurate (no reason to think otherwise) then Scott Gracio is in the wrong.

Who here on az knows or has access to Scott?

Yea that's what I was thinking there's no way I'd be as patient as samdech I know I'm new here but I really hate too see good guys getting ripped off
 
I would like Scott to answer here or stop using AZ to sell Cues.and I hope he hasn't done this to anyone else.

Are you saying he just does not respond to you anymore? Have you called him? At this point the last thing you want is the cue, you want your money back and to have nothing to do with him anymore.

send me the wrong cue, and my honor and integrity would have me sending it back to you. In this case, maybe shame will accomplish it.

I'd be embarrassed knowing my friends knew i kept something that wasn't mine and played with it at my local pool hall.

I've had an irreplaceable helmstetter stole from me. Pray I don't ever see some guy playing with it around here.

I cannot understand what Scott is thinking. I know Scott somewhat. I have about 7 cues I got from him. He was always good at following through with me and was a man of his word.

However, I know in this instance, he has not followed through. The Hoppe blank that Scott used to make Sam's cue was mine, I had bought it on ebay and had shipped it to Scott to make me a cue. Eventually, I decided I did not need another cue and asked Sam if he wanted to have Scott make him a cue using my blank. Sam had another cue that Scott had made for him, after I had vouched for Scott, so Sam figured he would get one done to his specs. Sam paid me for the blank and now I feel like a jerk because I got him involved with Scott, who appears to have just ripped off Sam.

I understand Scott might be going through some tough personal times, but that is no excuse for taking Sam's money and not sending him the cue that was promised.
 
I don't have a dog in this hunt, so I have been hesitant to post. But I am really curious about a few things and hopeful for a positive outcome for Samdech.

We have a long time member and cuemaker with several positive itrader transactions with a good reputation, at least until now, ships a cue to the wrong person, and doesn't require a signature. He was paid in advance for the cue and the shipping. He states "luckily I have the address." Why wouldn't he have the address where he shipped the cue? He was the one who shipped it.

The house the cue was shipped to was sold in October 2013. Was anyone even living there when the cue was shipped? Did Barry Stewart even receive the cue?

Scott Gracio's tag line says he is not taking any orders so he can stay on schedule but he is selling cues on AZB as late as last week?

Samdech posted in these cue sale threads where Scott had to see them yet got no reply. Why wasn't Samdech moved to the front of the line since he should have received his cue about a year ago? Why would a cue maker tarnish his reputation like this knowing it is certainly going to cost him sales in the future?
