He seems to have several suspect cues out there, including a few sugartrees. Read the comment that he posted, it's almost 100% a fake comment he sent to himself to make it seem like someone is about to get a steal on a real Scruggs.
The rings look to be a bit too wide and too messy to be a true sugartree based on others I have seen. Look at some examples here

The way that a$$holie words the sales though it would be tough to argue to get your money back. He never states that it's the brand it is, just suggests it enough. "I got this cue, don't know who made it, has a TS on it, not sure about it though". Great way to sell a fake.
