TAR to Stream Hard Times/Mezz Cues 10 Ball Open May 7-9

TAR is very happy to be going back to Hard Times Billiards in Bellflower, CA. to present a free live stream of the first annual Hard Times/Mezz Cues 10 Ball Open. This exciting new event will take place in one of the most storied rooms in the country and feature some of the worlds best players.

Mezz Cues is co-sponsoring this tournament and Mezz spokesman Mika Immonen will be front and center going for the victory. The event will take place the weekend before the BCAPL Nationals in Las Vegas so we expect to get many top players coming over for the warm up to the World Pool Masters and US Open 10 Ball.

Some of the players who have expressed interest or committed are Oscar and Ernesto Dominguez, Darren Appleton, new 8 Ball World Champion and Mezz sponsored player Karl Boyes, Marcus Chamat, Charlie Williams, Louis Ulrich and there is talk of some of the Philippine contingent making an appearance.

So come and join us for a great new event May 7-9 on theactionreport.com . It will be a great way to kick off the action packed month of coverage on TAR.

Im thinking of coming out for this, the expenses are fairly cheap considering where I have to come from. How many people will play in this?

Don't even know why he even gets in these things anymore... He's old, over the hill, washed up and trying to compete against all the young guns. :eek:

That would be very cool. And very lucky for us locals to see him and hear that laugh. Best of luck with your production. Doubt there will be any player work stoppages to work around.

This should really good. If Mr lucky shows it can only be great. Have fun.

Maybe Blomdahl can cruise by and we get treated to some 3c as well--naaaa.

I usually do all our stuff. This flyer was designed by Chris Santana Design. Pretty cool too.

Ron Jeremy is making his pool debut? Nice!

I'll never understand how you plan on sleeping in the month of May, Justin. Between this, the CSI/BCA events and TAR 18 you are gonna have one hell of a busy schedule. I applaud you, sir. Thank you for everything you do.

Hurray!! Hard Times now has 6 3 Cushion tables and if some great 3 Cushion player stops by he will be accomodated. 10 ball and double elimination=long days and nights and some great pool. Guarantee the room will be packed!
 
I have to thank Justin and the Action Report for coming in and streaming the event. There is talk of players coming in that have not played on the west coast. I will be updating the players list as entries come in.
