I didnt need another house! But doug is like a addict, man when he needs a fix he'll put it all on the line. i just feel bad for his kids having to sleep in the truck! LOL!
 
Doug's a fun guy, even I can't keep up with him, he is an addicted MOSHENE with a cute Blonde to boot. I don't know how she puts up with him........LOL

It's different mate. Over in the States a new house averages at about $250k USD? Correct me if i'm wrong due to the current economy.

Although land is scarce in Singapore as well, house prices are not as expensive as Hong Kong! A house in Singapore costs an average just below USD $1 Mil. USD $10 Mil is madness!

I emailed this thread to my wife. I was hoping to purchase a house by the end of the year to take advantage of the $8000 grant. I think I may have kissed that dream good bye!
