I think there is a Cue made I would not sell, but I do not own it yet.

I will part with my Tucker only when I'm dead and cold.
Mine was a Scruggs sneaky. I "retired" the cue in 2004 because it was getting ragged, but I had played the best pool and won the most money with it, so I didn't want to sell it. I decided to bring the cue out of retirement in 2008 and use it as a break cue until I found a suitable replacement. A couple of months later somebody walked off with it while I was in the bathroom. I am still sick over it.

I found my perfect cue it 1980. Bought it used. Don't know the maker. It was a 4 point cue with a leather wrap. Think I shot the best pool of my life with that cue. Three weeks later I found out is was stolen and I gave it back to the original owner.

As we all know, the business end of a cue is the shaft and they will have to pry my OB-1 shaft from my dead hands!
A 1987 Paul Mottey with two shafts and a jump butt. I later added a Predator Z shaft. Had Mottey refinish two years ago and nicked it two months later.
I bought it after my first wife died as a way to lift my spirits some -- and it helped. Now (15 years later) I am not so sure I want to keep it but doubt I could get what it is worth.
It is a beautiful cue, plays well, though it is heavy in today's market. I guess it is an old man's cue.
So it is the one I would never sell -- until I get a good offer which probably won't happen.

I have had a number of Al Romero sneaky petes that I had sold in the past.
Prior to moving from Southern California back to Pennsylvania I had Al make me another cue. This is the cue that I will never sell.

I will never sell my Tascarella hoppe cue. It hits sooooo good and everything about it is perfect. The weight, the balance, the colors, the old lakewood shafts, the veneers everything. I actually sold it for a decent profit and realized a couple weeks later how good of a cue it was and bought it back. It made me sick that I sold my Tasc, but was VERY fortunate to get it back.

My Schon STL-20. With the 10 sticks I have, whenever I get in a slump I always find myself grabbing for this cue. I had a leather wrap put on a few years back & it hits amazing.

The three cues I have now, Capone, Scruggs-avatar, and my Prather. They all have sentimental value. If im selling those, it means i am busted beyond belief, otherwise they arent going anywhere.

I will never sell the Schon I am playing with now. It was my mentor's stick back in the day (early 90s). I bought it from him five years ago and never used it until my return to the game a month or so ago.
