Well, I hope New York gets well (his shoulder seemed pretty messed up) stays a lone wolf for awhile and remerges. We will still have that twelve rack run we can analyze and drool over once those guy's get it off their security monitoring system and post it up on YouTube.
Arizona probably didn't make it.
Even if he survived, I doubt the hedge fund guy would let him live.
Remember this is the one percent that stuck it to everybody and sucked 4 trillion out of our economy and into their pockets in their bullshit bail out.

That IS a great idea, if you don't have kids playing pool, you don't have adults playing pool, at least not more than the normal "lets get drunk and hit things randomly around the table" playing pool.

A lot of the younger kids I see taking up pool seriously are doing just that, taking it seriously.
I honestly don't think there's anything as addictive as playing a sport or doing something at a really high level.
Pool is no exception there.
Yes, it can get frustrating at times when you hit the inevitable plateaus as you progress, but getting kids involved and showing them how to play at a high level, while not introducing them to the seedier side is a positive thing.
I've seen this more often recently with the younger kids learning the game.
Too often in the past when a kid has shown promise, it then becomes a cash cow for the mentor, taking the kid around hustling. That's a bad thing.
We need to promote the high skill great accomplishment side of the sport IMO.
