Thoughts and prayers for Guy Coraccio..............aka Guycrunch here on AZ.

My thoughts and prayers for one of the friendliest, most genuine AZers out there. Saying he is a super dude is an obvious understatement. Wishing you a full and complete recovery, Guy, and wishing your family comfort and peace during this tough time.

I too have known Guy for many years. He is definitely one of the best ! This news is so sad that i'm at a real loss for words. All my thoughts and prayers go out to Guy and his family. Best wishes for a full recovery, alot of people are rooting for you!! Your friend, Vinny

Wishing him the best of rolls. He is one of the good guys for sure and I enjoy seeing his cues and reading his posts. I will keep him in my thoughts and pray for a speedy recovery!

I hate to hear this. He is a great person. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. Get better real soon, Guy!

Great news Jimmy.
I appreciate the update.
Speedy recovery Guy!

Guy is definitely fine individual and great part of this community. Prayers for a speedy recovery my friend!

It sounds like Guy is in for a torturous long stay in the hospital.
He sure could use some pick-me-ups.......sometimes reading materials,
calls, letters, etc. help boost a patient's spirits which aids recovery.

I have a suggestion for this thread and future ones as well. When a
regarded member of the AZ community or the pool community for that
matter, is hospitalized or fighting a awful malady, etc,. how about including
any contact information and details about how long the person will be in
the hospital or at home or even hospice care that unfortunately will reach
out and touch people we care for....or ourselves.

Anyway, having undergone surgery last month, I can state with certainty that
cabin fever can become you worst nightmare, tight after poor pain management.
Hearing from your friends and pals really does lift one's spirits and overall outlook.
And that does help coping with a long recovery and just generally feeling better.

JMO,

I wanted to give an update on Guy. He's doing much better. His fluid levels are much better. Moved out of intensive care. In a more standard unit. Soon he'll be moving to a care facility to start some rehab. Still needs some surgery. Got a ways to go. But there's been some nice progress.

Thank you for all the support,
Jim Kissinger
