what ever happened to that thread. there were some herbs in that thread i was going to check out and now i can't find it

I have not seen that thread but what I take every day is B6 vitamin. It is extremely good for your brain, eases thinking and allows you rest easier when you need to.

Reason for edit: I wrote something stupid - because I have not yet taken it today. LOL

Ginseng usually gives you a lot of energy without making you hyper. More energy=more alert mind=more focus. I would recommend getting it in the pure form (roots), because most energy drinks that contain it also has stuff that makes you jittery and twitchy.

If you want herbs your best off consulting a Herbalist/practitioner rather
than taking what someone else takes as what works for some may not work for you.

You are probably thinking about my recommendation of ginkgo biloba, works wonders. Adderal or ritalin also work wonders if you are in to that sort of thing. I like ginkgo plus red bull plus mother Mary j

Seriously?

focus pills? you will only need more over time. There is not a pill in the world that will give you more focus than to work out and maintain proper nutrition. You will see a near instantaneous result after doing this for one week if you weren't doing so already. Also, do some meditation. What happens to your body has a direct result to what happens in your mind. You cannot take a pill and expect to have better focus. You might have an imbalance of chemicals in your body that will be aided by a pill, but that is not a solution.

Focusing is a skill. People are walking around 'out of focus' all the time and are so caught up in the ways of power that they lose their perception.

The hard part is understanding this simple fact. People want to avoid this altogether because of a lack of discipline.

GREAT POST MAN!!!

The thread you are talking about discussed a pharmaceutical that is used to help people calm down and give better speeches, but I don't know which pill they were using. It is in the search engine somewhere.
