Tony Chohan vs Dennis Orcullo

We are discussing a 3pm start time each day on the west coast which would translate to 6pm east. That said, I will take all of your feedback under consideration and discuss a possible shift to 1 or 2pm but no guarantees.

Hey, at least you're not in the Netherlands or somewhere like that...lol.

So funny how I started a thread on Tony's retirement and now you have this thread a few hours later. Pool players

Ill bet money its a triple shimmed gold crown done by non other than Ernesto D.

Pretty much every pool room in the Bay Area has Shimmed gold crowns done by Ernesto.

As far as I know, the match will be played on a Diamond. Not sure of the actual specs yet, but Chris Swart bought a Diamond table a few months ago, specifically to accommodate players wishing to have their matches on a Diamond.

It would be a upset of massive proportions if T Rex won this match no matter how you slice it ,, I do think it will be closer but I just can't see him winning

Triple shimmed or rail extended?

Does shimmed mean that both rails are extended, or how is the pocket made to be smaller? I used to play on triple shimmed tables (I think they were Brunswick) when I lived in Chapel Hill NC, and those pockets were super small. Very hard tables to play on.

Shims are added on pieces....they rarely come out right.
Extended rails are just longer, so a tight pocket is predictable when you're getting a ball
out of the jaws.

Yeah, exactly.

Like a billiard table. Or a fluffy meringue.
