Top 6 bar table players

Which cue ball? That can make a huge difference as well. We have a guy in SD that specializes with the big cue ball. I remember last year he beat Durbin for 5g's.

SVB
Jesse Bowman
Larry Nevel

Buddy Hall

I am good friends with Russ Edwards and I am sure he will be flattered when I call him and tell him he made this list. He would be the first to tell you that he is a solid player but not in the class of these guys.

VooDoo, where did you see Russ play? Chattanooga, Louisville?

He might of won it all those years too if he didn't stay up all night Saturday drinking until daylight.:D
How are you doing Brian?:)
It wasn't all night.....we were back by 3:00. (and he played like a champ the next day)

Matlock

Jesse Bowman

Nevel

In a 10-ball ring game I'd like to see that Banks Jr. play, his break was incredible.

You have no idea what you are talking about. I was one of the people backing Jimmy the first time he played Jesse at Shooter's Billiards in Burnsville, Minnesota. In fact I just called Jimmy on the phone while typing this response. Jimmy says he has only played Jesse 2 times, once in Minnesota and the second time in Olathe. He laughed at the suggestion that he got 9-7 from Jesse. He said that the only time he has gotten spotted 9-7 or more was from Efren and Parica.

It was Billy Incardona that Jesse played in Vegas, not Jimmy Wetch.

Also you are incorrect about Corey wanting nothing to do with Jesse on the barbox. He OFFERED Jesse the 8 on the barbox as many posters here witnessed after the ring game.

Gary Pinkowski?? Talk about a blast from the past.
That guy made the 9 on the snap about 15 times on his way to winning that tournament.

A couple of years later, in Denver I staked him playing 3-cushion aginst a local cop and Gary never won a game. I almost thought I got dumped but I knew the copo and he was too dumb to do that.

Actually you little smartass, I've beat 3 of the five players on your list. Maybe it's you that don't know top players!

Brian I apologize if I have offended you. I guess having less than 10K in tournament winnings over the last 8 years, according to AZB, is worthy of being called a top echelon player. Thank you for correcting me.

WOW! When was it and what was the game?
Asking cause I can't imagine any of those players geting beat in any sort of match and have it not make this board (esp, Shane, Jesse, Corey and Walden). Unless it was a small tourney or something. If you can without making one of them upset, please let me know. PM if you have to.

Thanks,

Seriously Deadpoked...thats uncalled for. The man has won some huge barbox events. He's not one that I think you'd necessarily want to anger either.;)
