BCA Hall of Famer Buddy HallWouldn't be in this event if he didn't think he could win, The Rifleman is a bar table machine and has executable gears.
Action Man James WaldenAlways a formidable opponent in any tournament he sets foot in.

Minnesota Legend Jimmy WetchVeteran who can play and looks good when he's doing it, always dressed to the nines.
Roadster Scotty TownsendOne of my favorite bar table players of all time, and he can get there.
"Marvelous Marlon" ManaloA threat in any tournament he steps foot in and he's a Filipino to boot, seems to always excel in the bigger payout tournaments.
Well, there you have mine. So far, this is a $48,000 total purse, and it will still be growing as the tournament draws near. What say you? Any favorites?

I had forgotten that John can play on a bar box.
I have seen Reid Pierce play perfect pool on a bar box before. He may have a lot of rust on him but this could be worth getting out the WD-40 and giving it a shot.
If this keeps up I might try to go to sweat it. Has anyone ever seen Earl Strickland play on a bar box.
I remember Scotty and Earthquake get it on at Pickel's in New Orleans several years ago where Earthquake made the mountain move.

Goodness, If Buddy's health is ok, then Freaken A!! He would have to be a fav here. Last I heard from BIGNASTY was that they got a call from Bowman and he was going to be there. Is that still the case? DAMN if so there will be some great action there.

Hey is this going to be winner take all or top eight or sixteen paid ? I can't remember hearing about payout but the way the last two players face off it would be a heart breaker for the looser if it is winner take all.

Some people don't seem to understand that Shannon was an upper-echelon player, not some average joe pro.

You`re right Jay, this is going to be a great one. Just imagine trying to handicap this field if it grows to 32, which it is likely going to!!! And try to figure where to put money on all the side action in this place, a 24 hour a day free for all!!

This is shaping up to be a backer's heaven for many. I wonder how many people that Shooter's can hold? There's bound to be 150-200 railbirds there to witness this event.
