This post is about my boy"Lil Les", He was a downs syndrome, age 47.
I've always had a pool table in the house and showed my kids and family how to play. We let "Lil Les" play on our A.P.A. team ,at one time he was the only #2 in the league. He won his first match and someone gave him a hand made needle point, 7/11/1995. He only played a year but we let him play again later on...Now thats pool related...
I lost him last week, the same date I lost his mother (my wife) 8 years ago to the day April 30th.It's like she was calling him home. We are a Christian family, so I can say that. I will aways love and miss him.
He was one of a kind. Never met a stranger and he was your friend.
He had GOD"S true forgiveness and the unconditional LOVE. Please read my web site. I don't know how to do all the fancy stuff on this site, so type in..................piranhabilliards.com
Thank you for your support..LES

You know that I'm not a Christian, but I will say prayer for his spirit, anyway. We do pray, after all:) Sorry for your loss.

Sorry to hear about your loss. You have to believe that God will not put more on you than you can handle and that things do happen for a reason.

Les,
What a beautiful, loving and heartfelt tribute! Only the Lord could have given you the strength & wisdom to pen such a wonderful piece! And thank God that we have His promises to hold us up, sustain us and keep us, until the day when we will be joined again with all the believers who have preceeded us, and most importantly, we'll be with our Lord and precious Savior forever! (1 Thes 4:13-18)

May God Bless you and your family with His love, joy and peace always.

May God bless his family and his friends. I am so sorry for your loss. Hopefully, he will rest in peace and know how much he is loved!

Sorry

I can't even imagine. I'm very sorry and your family is in my prayers. Hopefully he's up there hitting some balls with my good friend Chris.

CamposCues,
You know he did a pretty good job hitting balls, had a real soft touch, he would aways said "I beat my Dad" and laught. I would bank my balls and he did beat me. LES

We will keep him in our prayers.......I sure he's shooting now with some of the best upstairs.

Thanks very much for posting, I truly understand how sad you feel. I also have a Disabled family member who has lived with me and my wife for more than 20 years. I know this day is coming for us also, and we live with this thought every day. I am also not a religious man, but I do believe that there is some form of higher power. I also believe that the Innocent among us like our children will be well looked after when they are gone. In my opinion you are a very wonderful person, and when you have done all you could to bring happiness to some ones life, there is no reason to blame yourself when they are gone!!!;)

You truly have the sympathy of myself and my wife.

Have a great day!!!!!!!!

Les,
Sorry to hear it. I'm sure "Lil Les" will be missed. Sounds like you had a great relationship; best wishes.

My sorrows are with you today, I worked with special people for 14 years before I bought my pool room, and believe me they are so special.

Their love and kindness is not like any other. God Bless him and the best to you.

Les,

I'm sorry to hear about your son. I've met him a few times at Side pockets and he was a special guy. God bless.
