Hi everyone,

What billiard related item are you getting for Christmas?

Anyone buying a special cue or case to treat yourselves?

Anyone expecting a particular gift from your loved ones?

Anyone saving up for that particular cue/case for the Christmas season?

Well, I will start first, I have a new Justis Case by Jack Justis--it is a perfect case in every little way.:) It is a little early, but to me it is my Christmas present, and the best one I have had. Thank you so much Jack!!!!!

Rick Howard Cue

I commissioned Rick Howard to build me a cue. He promised me to have it by Christmas.

Ebony on Ebony
6 points (3 hi and 3 low)
3-4 veneers on each point (blue, purple, green, light blue or Ricks choice)
ivory joint
ivory ferrelles
ivory hoppe ring
either black leather or black linen wrap (Ricks choice)

I bought my self a custom 8pt Schuler.
8 curly maple points with Bacote and Birdseye Maple wrap. :O
It is a stunner.

i'm buying a bk2 for my self hopefully...and a jump cue

i'm still waiting for my instroke case which should arrived next week hopefully so just in time for winter :D ..dunno what the hold up was with shipping but i've been waiting for more than 3 weeks and its coming from the states !?!?

I thouht about it, but I dont want to hurt the cuemakers reputation as I dont think it was his fault.
 
Sounds like everyone is going to have a Great Christmas.

My Christmas cues to me (won't recieve them until Jan/Feb 07' though)

1st Cue = "Chris Nitti" Cue ordered 10/03/06

1) Forearm = Ambonya Burl (cored with rock maple).
2) Butt sleave = Ambonya Burl.
3) Butt Cap, Joint, and Ferrules = Ivory.
4) "Forearm" = 3 points (6") = Ebony with (5") Ivory points inside.
5) "Forearm" = 3 floating (5") long Ebony diamonds with (4") long Ivory diamonds inside.
6) "Butt sleave" = Mirror of forearm.
7) Handle = 4 pieces of Ebony.
8) Rings (everywhere) = Silver, Burl, & Ivory.
9) Pin = Radial.
10) Tips = Tiger Sniper.
11) Joint Protectors = Matching.

2nd Cue = "Camcue" ordered beginning of November 06'

1 Jump/Break Cue with 2 shafts, Blk lizard wrap, w/ Jp's. 6 point 3 high 3 low
Ebony into Birdseye Forearm with White rings at A,B,C,D,E.

For Christmas....

A new case, probably an Instroke. Either a 3 X 5 or a 3 X 7. Last Christmas my wife bought me a cue, but I picked it out. And I'll be picking out the case as well.
 
I want to buy a new 2x4 case, maybe an Instroke, with Tooled Leather panels. With my new design for a Jump Cue, I can actually have 3 Cues in a 2x4 Case.

I'm also getting a new-to-me Pool Table.

I am also getting a new place to live. The upstairs Game Room is 21 x 23, so my new-to-me Pool Table will also have a home.

I have lots to do before getting ready for SUPER EXPO....
 
I just purchased a new cue, with a ring tailed lizard wrap, to match my new Justis case.:)

What does the jump cue look like?
 
i bought this for myselve :)

sorry no fance cue's etc. thats all i could aford for the moment :D
but.. honestly i LOVE It!!!!!! :) never had a zippo and always wanted one.
my normal lighters i lose them after i finished my packet of sigarets.

may suggest that you buy a leather case for that too that you just clip on your belt. i've always lost alot of lighter but if you buy a case it'll be hard for oou to lose this one

Nothing, I hope. Last thing I need is another pool & billiard thingy.

Although... I am planning on buying a 3/8th-10 tap. And the The Beard's GosPool book. Maybe a pool-related license plate holder. A mug with pool balls on it...

Sad tale. Recently I bought the 3rd edition Blue Book of Cues.
The other day my daughter told my wife that she got me the
Blue Book for Christmas. She said, " Dad's going to love this!"
On a better note my wife got me an original Ray Schuler for
Christmas. I got to test hit it. Plays great, but she won't let
me shoot with it again till Christmas.
