what would you do if you had dippys money?

I'd buy this car with a matching tuxedo Barry to travel the country in...with Efren riding shotgun, of course.

Ok, something's wrong here.. I'm at work talking about 2 people with well-endowed wallets and neither of them have a job! :eek:

+1 Alas, not many pool players are wise about money. They really should do a minimum study of money management. But then, they wouldn't be gamblers, would they? That would rob us railbirds of many fantastic tales...

Really, it's not the money numbers, it's HOW you manage what you have...
 
I'd enjoy my family more, travel and still play $20-$50 sets with friends because I love the game.

Oh yeah, And I would cross off my tournament bucket list the following:

-DCC
-US Bar Table Championships
-Swaney
-Mosconi Cup (Both sides of the pond)
-US Open
-.....
 
i would buy a franchise insurance company like a statefarm or farmers......and sit back and watch the money roll in....

With that kind of money, I'd surely be able to find someone to love me.

I'd buy Dippy a hair and face transplant because even he couldn't get laid at a Nevada Brothel with a $1000 bill sticking out of his ass.
I'd buy him some pool lessons cause he shoots like an idiot, has no stroke. I have no idea why he can beat these guys, other than having to look at him is shark enuff. Thats probably why they lose. They just want the game over so they can go poke there eyes out with a sharp stick and not have to listen to his stupidity.

At my age, I've come to the conclusion that I'll never see that kind of money or anywhere close, and I really don't care. I wake up on the right side of the lawn everyday.
Eat when and what I want, play pool and have beer as much as I want. I have 2 cue lathes and the talent to use them.
Keeps my hands busy during idle times.

I'm happy for what life has provided and not sad for what I don't have.

One thing I'd surely do is travel. There are places in this world that I'd love too see and know that I never will. Thats the only want I have.
And the Humane Society is my favorite charity. Animals don't have choices like we do. I would build them a huge facility that would ensure that the numbers of animals that have to be euthanized would be minimal if any at all.

seems like he's invested in lots of pool players :) I think he'll get most of that money back plus some maybe when it's all over.

I wasn't there, but I hear he was getting 18-4 from Alex, lost the first set, doubled the bet and then won pretty easily.... Sounds like he's not as dumb as everyone on here seems to think he is.

I haven't heard officially what happened, anyone on here have more info?
 
there are a couple regulars on AZB who have alot more then me or the Dipster. Were just hight profile.

what would I do?

I would try and get a job as fatboy's gardener.

If I could not land that job... I would play a bunch of pool champions getting crazy weight for as much as they could bet!!!
