What's the weakest part of your game

My weakness is all of the above :)

My weakness is all of the above & no matter what 2 balls are left I'll miss or get bad position on the last ball.
Even worse when I play in Tournament & 2x worse when I gamble.

Shooting jacked up when whitey is close to the rail is probably my biggest weakness. I also have almost no chance to make combinations unless they're wired.

Any free advice would be appreciated. :)

Yes! Combinations - why are they so difficult? Even when one ball is hanging over the pocket, I'll miss it when I'd never miss the straight pot itself.

my commitment to practice. even when i hit up the pool hall for over an hour (like i plan to this afternoon) to practice, i rarely do drills. i used to do them all the time but i don't know if i dont have the patience for them or what. but i know it hurts my overall game when i'm just banging around balls in practice and reinforcing crappy habits. :frown:

The weakest part of my game is knowing when to duck.

I attempt too many difficult shots when I should rather be playing safe.

Maintaining concentration...I start out in stroke most of the time, but fade quickly. I used to call the ability to maintain good concentration for long races "being in Tournament shape". I find it very hard to keep concentration up long enough before I fade and dog shots or just play an unbelievably stupid leave...as you can imagine, it really shows up in 14.1. I can fool myself in 9 Ball or 8 Ball for a while, just as my game is fading I can shoot my way out of the current difficulty, but then dog it three shots later. It's getting better as I play a little more often, but it's not coming back as quickly as it used to. Probably need to focus some drill work a little more.

I rack too good for people...My services are available for a fee that is fairly priced in my opinion.

I have so many weaknesses.......

....but the one that causes me to lose the most games/sets (of the ones that I actually had a CHANCE to win) is not being able to fade an opponent that has bad table etiquette, manners, integrity, or a combination of all three. I seemed to have run across MANY of these types during two of the three leagues that I USED to play in. They get under my skin to the point that I wish I wasn't even there playing.

Maniac (hasn't missed the league BS, but is definitely missing competition)

Pulling out a good stroke with high left or right. geez, i struggle with that sometimes.
It seems the cueball squirts a whole lot more, and im too stubborn to compensate for just those shots.
I think they look real pretty when executed right tho.

Bridging over balls and shooting with the cue ball stuck to the rail are my two difficult areas for me. Also wish I had a more powerful and productive break.

My biggest problem is my break for 3 reasons:

1. No power
2. No control
3. Difficulty breaking from side rail

I don't know how to rectify these so any insight is helpful.

Number one problem is banking. Then its inconsistant shooting....concentration....anger management when i miss a shot. (Once broke a Muecci Freshman 4 once after I missed a shot on the eight. I know its not a high dollar cue...but at teh time it was to me.) There are alot of things I can work on...but those are my biggest ones.

Of my many weaknesses - a long shot is my worst followed by a close second the ever popular: wavering (mental) focus

I learned pool playing 14.1 that's the only game everyone played when
I started and still my most comfortable game. I'm used to playing on only half a table.

I see more than 6 feet or so between cb and ob I get weak in the knees
and it's a 50/50 toss up if I'll make it.

Wish I could correct this major problem ....
