When you're not playing Pool, what do you do?

I happened into a little restaurant one noon and caught Chef John Folse on a break from a book signing. He can cook, but you have seen nothing until you see him eating crawfish in a hurry. He peels and eats crawfish two at a time, one in each hand. Definitely an amphibious kind of guy! Being Cajun he can talk nonstop without missing a bite too. :D :D :D

I have to do army stuff when im not playing pool. Im also trying to figure out how i can get an All army Pool team.

In the video of catching the mudbugs I thought those were pretty darn big ones.

PS .. nothing wrong with watching the ladies pinching tails and sucking heads
 
I do ceramics on the side and even started a blog to keep notes and track my creations (http://whereswaldon.com/ceramics/).

So typically, my friends know to find my at the pool hall or the ceramics studio.

I'm also currently training for a marathon, so that takes a bit of my time up.

Oh, and about 50 hours of my week is spent in the office. Can't forget about that.
 
To answer the original question..

I am a member of an active Eagles lodge. I just put on a charity poker tournament and my next event will be an outdoor Blues Festival in our park. We always have something going on.

I work quite a bit as a territory sales manager and demo coordinator. We might be one of the few companies growing right now. I finished my territory up 40% last year. I even have 2 pool players that work for me. Both are really good.

I like watching sports and cant wait for college football to get back around. Play some poker from time to time.
 
Bar league pool, bar league softball, bar league volleyball...my wife thinks there is a trend but I don't see it.
 
Love riding my motorcycle, playing poker, avid hunter and shooter, love going to concerts, studying WWII and reading new books on the subject, grilling out with buddies once or twice a week, movie fanatic, anything for a good time.
 
Firts time I tell this side of me...

I teach Concealed Weapons Permit courses along with other firearm related activities. IDPA, SASS and NSCA are also interests of mine.

IDPA = International Defense Pistol Association...Handgun

SASS = Single Action Shooting Society...Cowboy style, single action revolvers, pump shotguns and lever action rifles dress in 1880's period clothing.

NSCA = National Sporting Clays Association...Golf with a shotgun basically
 
I work a lot as a CPA. I spend plenty of time with my girlfriend who lives with me. I run 5 miles a day. I take the boat out, or go to the beach on the weekends. I like to drink Budweiser, I go through 2 kegs a month at my house, but I do have a lot of help as I have a Gold Crown in my livingroom, and plenty of friends who drink and gamble. I love going to Football, Baseball, and Hockey games. That's about it. It ain't bad.:thumbup:
 
When I'm not on call being a manwhore, I watch movies and work out. Manwhorin' takes a lot outta you. Some of the older women can be pretty demanding.
 
blackjack: you shouldn't say that when you have an avatar like that...too many will take you serious! LOL

I spend more time away from pool now that I'm married, but I'm either doing Engineer stuff or doing exactly whatever my wife says! Sometimes I sneak off & play with my mustangs (2007 Shebly GT, 2008 Shelby GT500, '03 Cobra, '68 GT with 427...).

Beav - a guy of your size I'm guessing an 883 Sportster....just kidding bud! I have had a few bikes over the years, but I'm a girlie Triumph kinda guy - I like the torture of having to get dirty and fix it every other time I get it out :p It is funny though having HUGE guys pulling up next to me on their BIG OLE HARLEYS and telling me, "hey, nice bike you have there" when I'm on a little 750 Bonneville :thumbup: Currently between bikes, but ALWAYS looking for a new project!!

The other things that hold my attn....BIG SURPRISE, but golf :cool: . Try to do lots of family stuff too (little weekend roadtrips etc.). That includes fishing and boating trips. Lastly, I sometimes work ;) To be honest, all of those things come before pool for me (well, maybe not WORK).
 
Read, fiction and non-fiction, help the wife making wedding supplies, pet the cats, surf the 'Net, pet the cats, on the look-out for various collections, books, Christmas related, billiards, Halloween, pet the cats. Oh, yeah, World of Warcraft, pet the cats.
