This was in Hagerstown, MD last month.

Don't get me wrong..Danny is a good friend of mine, and can still play lights out, but guys like Glen and others are playing a lot more and could grind out longer sessions. Danny did put a hurtin' on Shane Van Boening in Reno though.
I know most everyone in Indiana, been playing in tournaments against everyone who can make 3 balls ina row and gambled with most of the best players. There are about 10 really top rated players who stick out in my mind who are all around good players. Tournament players and gambling are 2 different animals. If we took a variety of games, took my top picks and threw them in a matchup. There are 4 players I would pick as the top.hippiepool said:that last statement is incorrect sir ............ask around ...

He was very hard to beat on his own table. I'm sure it is Jeremy Jones. Dave G. plays good. John Hagar has the potential to really shine if he wanted to. I heard he went back to school to get a degree (very smart move). It used to take a tremendous player to beat him.
Brian Groce is the player that none of the others want to match up with ...if i'm wrong , and one of them do , i will be on a plane to come home and watch....satman said:I know most everyone in Indiana, been playing in tournaments against everyone who can make 3 balls ina row and gambled with most of the best players. George Breedlove
Brian Groce
Brian Gregg
Steve Oaks
Now, if I had to pick one player to put all my cash on in a matchup with a road player, playing several different games{ie, 8-ball, 9-ball,10-ball, one pocket, banks, and straight pool. I have to pick George if he's been playing at all. But I've always liked Brian Groce for the cash. Not to take anything away from the other 2. I have total respect for all of them and love to get to just hit balls with them.
So who's your pick Hippie? Are you maybe talking about Josh?
