Who would you like to see commentate at the 2013 Ultimate 10 Ball

Jason " Buffalo" hunt & Scotty Townsend...We could do a pool on how long it goes b4 Scotty threatens to tie him up like a pretzel

Buddy Hall and Max Eberle. Then throw in Jimmy Mataya for a little color and you will have my complete attention.

I also am in strong agreement with Morgan Freeman, that mans voice....it's like butta!

Dave Gross and Bigtruck make the best team out there.

Ray, have a great stream, I know you'll come up with the right commentators. It's nice of you to ask though.

Dave

Billy Incardona and Buddy Hall would be great. They are 2 of my favorites from watching many Accu-stats videos!

James

BILLY INCARDONA definitely!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bow-down:

He's a professional pool player and commentator all rolled into one. How can you beat that combo? YOU CAN'T!

Also Buddy Hall or Jay H.

So who you like? :)

Ray

Any player that played the game at high level, the older the better, I can name a few.

Billy Incardona, Buddy Hall, Jeremy Jones, Corey Deuel, Rodney Morris, Johnny Archer, Nick Varner, Mike Sigel, John Schmidt

there are some great old players that I dont recall their names

APRIL FOOLS!

I think I'm the only one that was replaced in mid-stream the one time I tried to commentate w/Ray (it's harder than it sounds). :)

Dave

Jimmy Mataya, but you can't use him, I'm going to make him a star in Dallas

Hello Bigtruck,
How are you today?
I like Buddy Hall, Nick Varner, Brandon Shuff, Lee Brett, Buddy Hall, Scott Frost, C J Wiley, Jeanette Lee, and Buddy Hall/C J Wiley.
Did I say Buddy Hall! C J Wiley!
Many Regards,
Lock N Load.

Buddy Hall, the best commentator of them All.....then Jimmy Mataya, but you can't use him, we're going to make him a star in Dallas. :)

Stop it. No you weren't. lol.

You probably had a match if you left early. When was that? I need to post that match up on Youtube.

During the Ultimate 10 Ball? I would think you both would be there.

Ray

I really didn't want "that" going out LIVE on Sky Sports, so I "unplugged" myself

I commentated a match last year at Tunica with Jay Helfert, it's fun, just not as fun as being on the AzBilliards Forum. LoL...I really like the "never miss a ball from my chair" situation. It's like being the Captain of the Mosconi Cup, it's "the best of both worlds."

It's funny, when the USA team was playing in London they insisted on miking me so they could hear everything I said. The thing was, sometimes you have to use the restroom and I really didn't want "that" going out LIVE on Sky Sports, so I "unplugged" myself a few times.

One of the times I forgot to plug myself back in and it was when Johnny Archer was playing one of his best matches. We had some great exchanges about our "secret strategy," and they were so upset because they couldn't hear what we were saying. It wasn't that profound, I just told Johnny "make all those little balls in the those BIG, BIG, Pockets"......:groucho: 'The Game is the Teacher'

Nice try, but you didn't answer my question.

Ray
"the post is the teacher"

I would {someday} like to work with Buddy doing commentary

If the question is "am I going to be in Tunica?" I'm at 50/50 right now, but if there's a good enough reason I'll make the trip. My plate is extremely full right now with projects in Dallas and Ft. Worth. We can talk about our last conversation's topic next week if you want and I'll share more info.

I would {someday} like to work with Buddy, we have always "clicked," and would have an interesting chemistry. When we first started putting my game back together a couple of years ago I went up and spent an entire day with Buddy in Metropolis - we have different styles, but also share a lot of the same root philosophies. Buddy's one of my all time favorite characters and when we both lived in Tampa we shared some good times.

Between TR Macantosh and "Bubba" there was a lot going on down there in the "good ole days".
