whos your favorite player

I saw nicky in his prime , he has the smoothest stroke ever ... a friend of mine was with him at the masters one year , when earl asked him to play , then backed down ....

The guys are boring to watch cause all they do is run rack after rack. Women are more exciting. I like Karen Corr. Allison is unstoppable but Karen does an amazing job to be winning as many tournaments as she does. She's like Rocky in Rocky I. She just wants to go the distance. Very modest. But giving it her all, all the time.

I like to watch the old Earl shoot. He shoots fast and takes chances. I try to ignor his other act. Johnnyt

Johnny Archer, Efren Reyes, Buddy Hall, Jim Rempe and Nick Varner.

I can't leave out any of these players. Although they have decidedly different styles, they are among the best to ever play the game and they think as well on the table as any who ever lived. Moreover, they all personify the fact that you can be a champion and still have class!

My people eg. Efren, Bustie, Parrica are great players, as players they are my favorite but as a person and a player, i can never compare them to Ralph Soquet, who has a K. (karat)

i'm my 4th favorite player. i don't have a great break or a flawless stroke. but i have a lot of hart and keep comming back to try again

Thorsten Hohmann and Vivian Villareal are my favorite players. I like how vocal and full of emotion Vivian is, and how Hohmann's the absolute opposite. Plus, Vivian's from my hometown, which I like.

I like Vivian for that reason as well.. I don't generally enjoy watching boring pros play. I'd rather be playing myself than that... I like to see the cue ball dance, I like to see some game with "character", it's far more entertaining.

Efren- Do I even need to explain?

Pagulayan- Plays AWESOME! great personality and he was probably the nicest/coolest player I have ever talked to

Strickland- Love his game. Ive never seen anyone make some of the shots Ive seen him make.

Deuel- We have yet to see his best!!

For me it would have to be Tony Robles. Tony is the epitome of class and professionalism, and he is also a great to have as a friend. I wish that professional pool had about a hundred guys that conducted themselves like Tony Robles does while they are at and away from the table.

Ga Young Kim is my favorite player to watch.

Does anyone know if she is single and what language should I be studying if I wanted to talk to her in her native tongue?

Years ago - Willie Mosconi
then Irving Crane
then Nick Varner
Now probably Ralf Souquet and Jeannette Lee
But I truly admire Efren Reyes and Alison Fischer.

Ga Young speaks several languages - English - Korean - and Mandarin - perhaps more than that. She used to have a boyfriend, but like most pool players travel gets in the way of relationships.

Totally agree! Thorsten's another class act! Efren of course!

Poolplayer2093 is also my fourth favorite player! :D

The Pearl

Earl Strickland. Not only because of the way he plays, but when he's in the area playing in tournaments, he often socializes between sets and doesn't mind including you in his conversations or contributing to yours. He's a real down to earth guy.

Jim Rempe. Great player & a good guy.

2nd fave is myself. Whenever I'm playing I'll always turn up to watch!

I guess for guys I like Souquet and I kind of respect the fact that he doesn't gamble.

For ladies, Jeanette Lee, she'd be my fave even if she didn't play;)
