I remember last year when Soquet cried after his loss. Broke my heart. Looks like this is going to be a heart breaker too
 
Gomez gets a hit, Daryl can see the one ball perfectly but doesnt have any easy shot on it, he studies the bank and MAKES IT!!! Should be an easy out for him
 
Little more juice, Daryl's one-rail bank on the 1 would have gone in the side.

I can't agree with that. To me, this has looked like a hard fought battle between 2 guys who've never been in this situation before. Both playing their hearts out, feeling the pressure & knowing this is their big moment.

How would any of us play in those circumstances?

I'd call this good, honest competition.
