Mike, the site looks fantastic. Very impressed with the clean layout. The blog area is especially nice.

The only thing that caught my eye that really needs improvement is the logo. The splinter-like triangular piece that goes up over the M looks wrong, almost as if it's an accident.

Also maybe consider reversing the mouse over for the social networking buttons. The darker version seems to feel 'murky' amongst so much natural grey.

Other than that it looks great. :thumbup:

Until you mentioned it, I really didn't even notice the "splinter" piece. My eye filled in the other side of the triangle. I like how it breaks up the MD. There should be something there to keep it interesting.

Very professional site Mike. I was very impressed. To be honest I was expecting something more thrown together, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I especially like the foot race with Donny.
 
Site looks great. (Really chuckled at the Dechaine/Mills "race")

Nice foot race. That should be a component of any all around challenge - ha ha.

Also, nice site. Looks great and is easily navigable. My only suggestion is that it could be really cool if you incorporated a "Shot of the Week" or a "How to Play This" tab in which you post a quick educational tip or something like that. It would be a great way to keep pool players interested in your site and would be a great way to engage your fan base. Just a thought.

Again, great site. I wish you continued success.

Agreed. The logo needs work, but the site is clean and professional.
 
Site looks good Mike. I actually like the logo. Well done.

I would suggest not putting any pics of yourself on there though, you may scare away sponsors. :)

Site looks good but the snookers link at the bottom doesn't work. You need to delete the http:// in the link URL.
 
Thanks Guys. There are a couple of things that i need to update. Also, I believe, the guy that designed that logo meant to have it going above the M like that. I am not sure tho. I also like what you said about a "Tips" section. I am pretty sure I am going to incorporate that into the newsletter. Thanks again and make sure you heck in from time to time.

Maybe do some quick instruction videos like the ones Buddy Hall did for bclub on YouTube.

BTW, grats on the Joss win, I was the bald guy with glasses on table 2 getting in your way :-)
 
Nice writing on the trips and tournaments, very easy and enjoyable reads. I didn't know you had it in you.
Oh yeah, pretty good shooting too.
 
I think you should regularly post to your blog. I see too many blogs that just sit there week after week, month after month with no additions. You eventually quit going back to read... just sayin....
