Thanks for looking, I have bought a few cues from Davor and he sends them DHL Express and they have all gotten here in 2 or 3 days from Croatia. Great tracking and appear to be a really delivery option for international packages.

I wanted to say 3 days but I couldn't remember specifically and didn't want to exaggerate. Picking the right shipper and shipping options is critical, especially when dealing internationally.

Arthur cues are excellent.
Honestly if you could have a German handle the shipping door to door you could probably have it next day.

I haven't checked in a few years but last I looked almost all pro's hit the cue ball late, forearm past perpendicular. I usually hit late too, the stroke tends to be straighter and there is less tendency for the tip to roll on the cue ball.

I think Archer has fallen off steeper than any of his top piers. It seems Strickland, Busty, and Efren, could still bring it super strong when they were Archer's age. He's like a shortstop now. IDK how that happened.

It might have been lack of opportunity (common with many top Filipinos) or just luck. Busty for example, didn't win a major title until he was quite old. But there was no one on the planet outside of Archer or Strickland than would have bet him in any game even as early as the 90s.

I have trouble keeping my mind on the game after a mini stroke. Have found that listening to music when I play has helped with my concentration

At first I thought this was a silly post, however I remember playing Efren at Sandcastle three days in a row during one of the make it happen 1P events. The first two days I got beat badly at 10-7 on a bucket table. Finally the last day I got to the room before anyone else and grabbed the 3 3/4” corner table. When Efren walked in he made a bee line to me. Well, he became human on that table and we broke out even before he quit to play a match. However I think that was a fluke and I believe the tight pockets wouldn’t effect Efren any more than SVB, who I’ve played a few times on his home turf.

The cloth is easy, get Simonis. Either 760, 860HR, or 860. All 3 are excellent, and listed in order from fastest to slowest.

I'm not a mechanic...
It uses Brunswick SuperSpeed cushions. Unfortunately, the cushions changed in shape slightly sometime in the 1970's. To make it 100%, the wood rail that the cushion glues to needs to be cut slightly to accommodate the new shape. There are a few mechanics in the country that do this work, and a couple of them post here.

If your cushions still play good and are the original Monarch SuperSpeed, I wouldn't touch them.
