I meant practice making shots. Not position play. You can't really play with those Pocket Reducers on. About all you can do is practice shots.

I believe, however, in the past I have seen videos of people that have modified the Pocket Reducers so you can actually play with them on.

as far as anyone touching the table with tools before that match makes it a valid claim for cheating or at least altering the table.

if he told his opponent and he then agreed to play then, that's a new deal and valid. if not then a person may be justified in not paying.
suspecting he was cheated or defrauded. whether intentional or not. you just don't do something like that.

but if he knew and played then he owes, otherwise he had a freeroll.

doesnt matter how bad or good anyone played.
