Me too, many strong players in these events, plus whopping calcuttas. First place in the tourney maybe 15K. First in the calcutta maybe 40K!

Funny thing is....years ago I told this method on a drive back from Vegas to a long time avid pool player I had played on BCA teams with in vegas back when it was at the Riviera (now passed away RIP) He shockingly to me had never heard of this method......He was a math guy and actually had a "mathnasium" or something along those lines where they did math well beyond my knowledge.....Next time I saw him back in AZ I showed it to him on a table....He applied the method and kicked a ball in using it and was so intrigued he went home and did a whole math work up on it. He actually sent me a paper on it....LOL

Meanwhile.....One of the main reasons I use the method is because I "don't" have to do math to use it.

I Like the WNT But....

Anybody else feel like all their tourneys are just bleeding into each other.

They're doing just fine imo. More tournies in the U.S. is great. Go back to the traditional ball colors would be a big improvement. The new colors bleed together.

You could put on an exhibition event and through sponsorship money pay both players an appearance fee. Say, $15k each. Then put another $15k in the middle, so they will play hard.

Then one player is losing, badly, and decides that he'll take the $15k he was given (perhaps plus travel expenses) and start to mail in his effort instead of grinding like a champion.

SO...

Any idea if they were paid an appearance fee to participate in this event?

Nope. So I can say what I like about this "sale".

So, I will say there is a lot of bullshit. I have over 200 cues and traded the only Predator I ever owned for a C Series McDermott cue and an It's George case years ago.

I had that Predator because the guy lost at 9 ball and had only his cue left so I took it.

Pictures are incomplete, and the ones posted suck.

I won't come at the OP with a lowball number, I will just say that they can't afford to sell it to me. :unsure: ;) 🤪

Well I just wrote a some stuff that was wrong - which I’ve now erased!

Dr Dave’s testing showed that new out of the box balls throw slightly less than used balls, a fair bit less than balls washed with dish soap or alcohol and more than ones cleaned with Aramith cleaner. The ones cleaned with Aramith throw less than either new balls or used balls.

Here is the chart. The measurements for new out of the box is not on the chart but earlier he measures it at 7”.
