It's Mosconi Week!

Anybody else wake up excited? Before all the Debbie Downers point out how outmatched the US side is, everyone already knows this...However, without insurmountable odds and great adversity, the Miracle on Ice would have never occurred, the immaculate reception, Kirk Gibson's walk of homer in the series, and on and on...

In that spirit and a little good natured trash talking, I am ready for our guys to go to work. We have let the Euro's feel good about themselves long enough...this is the year we re-assert our dominance! I don't know if the Euro's will even get to 5!

and no I ain't betting on it!!!

Sorta like Aubie fans feel I reckon.
I'm still pulling for US all the way! ~ RTR

Disagree for the players on this stream. They look through the whole rack and try to solve the problem areas. Maybe not successfully, but def not “play only to the next shot”.
I think it's a matter of accomplishment and familiarity. For cosmological navigation, (just coined that :ROFLMAO:) the next ball is all you need to be concerned with - the other principles of smart sequence being ingrained. Available memory is always a concern.

The best non-pro player ever?

yea if you need both then you send both at your pocket like that.

if just one, you 2 rail the 6 and kick the 7 sideways.
or if room kick behind the 7, 2 rails to your pocket.

common type of shots that are part of the game. but if the guy is weak its best to just tick around with him till he sells out.
It ain't that easy to make one and lag the other, if you short one you leave a cross corner and a take out for your opponent and they both were playing lights out.

can you explain please this break shot by Yapp?

1. The word Fashion and many do it, what is that fashion they do?
As described, looking to go in and out to the rail at a straighter line to the 9 with more speed. This can be achieved with tip aligned with the meeting between 1-ball, and second row, through the ball with a slight flourish of the arm toward the outside (though not all of those players can be observed doing this due to the subjective nature of each players build, mass, mechanics etc). I’m not going through it all again 😂
2. This is a total ''feel shot'' ones approach into the cb cueing feeling, is developed through yrs of play, winning and losing.
Absolutely agree with you here. Find what works.
