Help identifying Tim Scruggs year of manufacture if possible

Good morning
I was hoping for some View attachment 901013View attachment 901014help in figuring out when this cue was made
I recently acquired in a trade
I like older Cues in this seem to fit the bill
But I truly don’t have any idea when it may have been made
I’ve included pic of logo and under bumper
Any help would be appreciated
Thank you
I know you're not going to do it, but if it was a custom made cue under the ramp will be all the information including the original owner. Tim would sometimes make a custom cue for a customer that was one of a kind. Except it wasn't, because he would repeat the design in later cues. He once made me cue with dollar signs in it. Later I saw that particular inlay used in other cues of his.

For sweaty palms, which cue wrap style?

Yupp thats actually the cue, just before it got shipped away...forever. 🤣😪😭

The best part of remembering that story, was remembering the reaction from that player ...let's just say, he wasn't thrilled. And as a snooker pro I'm sure he never imagined an avg league banger executing that shot.

Ok let's update then, as it applies to sweaty hands....
Nylon - sucks
Linen double pressed - sucks
Linen single pressed or natural - good
Cortland - never tried
Any other wraps out there we missed ?
I used to have a McDermott that had a cork wrap. I kind of liked it if I remember correctly it was a lot of years ago.
