A pool player filming until they run a rack (says it's his 10th day)

With BIH I would certainly give the edge to the 600 player to run at least one of his ten turns. Without BIH I will take the over for sure.
Yeah, I should have made that clear.

In taking the "over 11 days to break and run," I was saying you play the cue ball as it lies after the break. I would assume there would be several days with no shot to even hit the one directly, and a scratch on the break as well.

What beginner pool tip do you wish you learned sooner?

Max has a really sweet stroke. Another plus for that video is that if you concentrate on the background it proves the Earth is flat. Max must be having a tough go this year with the Artemis mission to the Moon and back being front and center in the news, so give him a like and subscribe.

Before I pull the trigger... am I making a mistake?

As a new owner with just over 2 years in the business, I'm going to suggest you add about 25% to your budget. I started with about the same amount and I'm currently running at a deficit. For you food service and yes I would suggest food. Depending on your customer base it may not need to be the best thing on the block but it should make people happy that it's good. You could look at Turbo-Chef Ventless Ovens and Perfect-Fry Ventless Fryers. One of our top sellers is fries and tenders. You get them par cooked and frozen. We run a convection oven and do personal sized pizzas. The goal is to make you stay and if you have decent food they don't need to leave. As far as leagues...remember leagues don't pay table time so your only income will be from you food and beverage service. Most league night run approx. 4 hours and depending on the size could take up half of your tables. I also if you go with several leagues you check with the operators for scheduling. If you have a team that plays BCA on Monday night and you have APA on Monday, you may have a issue with getting players in your room. In house leagues are great. They are usually there to have fun, they spend more money on food and drinks and best of all they're not pool players. Pool players don't spend money. People that like to play pool, DO!
I'm not going to tell you not to do it but just think about where and how your going to make it work. Mentally, Physically and Mentally.

Discussion: Focusing on the cue ball compared to other sports

The only time I look at the CB last is when jumping or tree topped, it helps with putting excess english on the CB.
Funny that's how I started doing it. I had the hardest time drawing off cuts down the side rail from the end rail. Finally arrived at testing the stroke first, right next to the cue ball - like golfers do with puts. Since the idea was watching the the last three inches of the stick, the whole process paralleled right over to the shot itself. I started nailing those like they were two footers. It worked so well I tried it on everything that gave me trouble. It's more than a theory.
