Hi all,
I'm looking for pre-1900, out-of-the-ordinary cues to add to our vast collection of them. Hoping to write another billiard related book. Our first, "Pool & Billiard Collectibles" is a big hit, and I'd like to write another on the EVOLUTION of the billiard cue. I can't afford to branch out into the European cues that sport badges at their bases, but European marquetry cues are of particular interest. I'm new at blogging, but I'll try to keep up with those of you who are not. LOL.

Bryan; You still making 3/8X10 stainless pins? I am going to need 20 or more of them if you have them to sell. I am out for events right now but I will be back home on the 30th of November. Let me know how much and how you want the payment sent. pay pal, money order, check. However you like will work for me. Do you make brass pins also?
Thanks

As you have probably noticed, I haven't been around here for a while and the only reason I'm here today is to let you know that Mudd, Greg Merrill, age 63, has passed.

Don't know much more... just the obituary. Visitation is tonight, private funeral for family later. Sorry to be the bearer of sad news. I'll miss him. He was a good guy.

This kid is wasting all our time with his nonsense. I can tell already he isn't going anywhere in life, except maybe becoming some kind of con man, which he is already.
I have a Brunswick Centurion 8 ft Pro but have always wanted a Diamond Pro-Am 7'. Communication with Diamond has been really slow and I am unsure of what to do. My space requires the 3 piece slate. Are the 3 piece Diamonds prone to problems in that area. Does Diamond deliver and install and if so are their mechanics reliable? If they only ship the table and I am responsible for the setup? Unfortunately, we don't have any mechanics in this area. After reading your posts...you are the one I would want to do it, but I don't know what all areas you cover? The thing that I don't like the most about the Brunswick is the corner pockets. I'm not sure if it is the pocket angle, the shelf depth, or both. They are wide but have a very deep shelf. It's not that I want every shot to drop regardless of accuracy but I rattle A LOT of shots and it is frustrating. Would you put the amount of money into changing the Brunswick or for that amount of money should I just invest in the Diamond?

trying to contact you about a cue you have, no success reaching you through your website or email.
what's a good way to reach you?
Good to hear about the tip! I know there must have been a reason they were the best tips out there, before the boom of the layered tips. Thanks for the message.
Great video on shooting frozen balls down the rail with shape. I always use the low inside instead of high outside. Whenever I try the high outside, I end of driving the object ball into the rail and missing. Why?
hey rossaroni, just wanted to let you know I just put a chandivert champion(bought from you almost 3 years ago.) tip on a joss shaft to replace a junk layered tip(I think it was a water buffalo from muellers, not certain). man, it moves that cue ball around so good compared to the other tips(mostly lepro, triangle, triumph)I have on shafts.
Hey, that was nice to hear! Thank you as well. I do have some different ideas, not all of which are correct, though. You'll spot those quicker than I will, I'm sure!
