Hi Darin,

Even though we didn't hook up for very long, it was still a very eventful trip. Besides the Invitational, I got to shoot with Gus for a few hours (fun even though I think I lost overall). I saw DJ, Matt, Nora, Chuck, Jim and a long-lost acquintance named Fred (formerly from the Swinging Door). I missed Lil and Larry though.

I'm wondering, how did you finished up in the tournament at Newport Five?

Sounds like it'll be fun being the rep for the Slug Buster. I'm sure with your charisma, you'll be driving sales up for our buddy, Abe.

I'm not sure when I'll be back in town. No plans, really. But, if you have some free time on your hands, you're always welcome in beautiful Ventura. Believe it or not, they play a little pool out here too. I'm generally off on Fridays and Saturdays.

I'm hoping you get all the good rolls.

Ernie
hello,

i have read that you sold another 12 boxes of the magic chalk from russia, i want to buy them all, who much do i have to pay for the 12 boxes?
Hey Buddy , It was great to see you last week sorry I did not have much time. Congrats again on the Invitational win. I am pretty sure that I am going to be working the BCA expo repping the slug-doctor. Should be a good time.

Yes, saw them...I really like the cue, but really not to sure on the veneer colors. I've had 3 showmans offered and each have had some weird purples pinks and not so sure they are for me :( although still very nice cues. Whatever I get from this I'll be keeping for many years so I want to be sure
Justin, Just give me a call... phone number is 479 414 6470. That's my cell phone that I use for work and I USUALLY have it with me, just can't always hear it at the shop.

Thank you for the kind advice on the RO forum. I'd love to hear a bit about your own experiences sometime, if you can take the time for it. My own plans are on the shelf for now, but I do want to do it in a few years when I'm better prepared and able to financially.
70's Joss West (Bill Stroud) cue w/ 2 shafts (iv ferrules) - great condition - exactly as described - instantaneous shipping (received within 48 hrs) - trustworthy, friendly seller A++++++. THANKS JIM....Matt
Once in awhile I still get surprised in life. I read what your wife wrote about you (not being nosy...it was right here for all to see). What an honestly heart-felt, romantic, loving, respectful and gracious thing to write about one's significant other...

With that being said...I also viewed your gallery of cues. Outstanding looking cues. Very impressive with the designs, choices of woods and color combinations. I hope I get the chance to hit with one of your cues someday.

Bob,

I just joined this site last week. I haven't played much pool in the past few years, because.....well, life happens sometimes, I guess. But, I decided to recover the table at my home and I've started back to playing again. I now realize that my eyesight is pretty rough at this point, but I'm still trying to get back to a level of competency with the cue.

I'm just over in Salem. Maybe 45 min. from you. I noticed you're a BCA Instructor or perhaps a retired one. I don't really know that many people around here who really love billiards, so I've been looking for someone to help me improve my game.

Any chance you could email me at: fathomblue@yahoo.com ?

Not sure how much you play any more or if you even like to deal with players below a certain skill level. I'm still trying to absorb this website. It seems very informative and really has me itching to play.

It's the cue with notched MOP diamonds and sterling silver dots, ebony points and white dash rings in the joint colar.
weight is 18.6 oz with 12.3 mm shaft. Pigskin wrap. There is no It's George engraving on the buttcap but it is an authentic It's George.

john
