I had same question, so I called Valley. The letter is for a month, A January, C March etc. and the number is production year. 14 is 2014 , 0 is 2010 etc.

Young Leighton Bennett is a potential superstar in the world of Darts but he's a 13 year old kid getting talked up for a televison tournament . I'd say no way too early , let the kid study and get through education first but Emperor Barry Hearn rules the roost so you never know but if it makes financial sense he will find a way to make it happen .
