Edited to add.....I actually sold the player in January and bought it back about four days ago :dance:

James M. White player and break cue. The pics are not great, so you can't see that the butterfly colors in the break cue match the veneer colors of the player.

matched pair and a J+J jump cue

JW Petree built- 2004. Sweet sweet pair. The J/B has phenolic instead of ivory, 6 points instead of 5, and no window outlines in the butt. Keeps me from grabbing the wrong one :eek:... most days :p

I can see why you bought this baby back. Its simply not right having these two cues away from each other. Thats some beautys you got there sir.

Matched set............

Forgive me for sounding harsh but, what exactly makes this a matched set? Is it just the ringwork and the joint?

Aside from that, the designs are different AND with the exception of the maple, the darker woods appear to be different too.

Just curious.
