Some points I would like to make:
I have read most all of the posts on this thread, and want to make some points:
1) The details of the 'accident' are sketchy, but acceptable in a rare incident.
2) Patrick should not be using money from one cue to fund others until
the customer is completely happy. (at least 30 days after receiving the cue, considering that most states have 'Lemon laws').
3) Patrick seems like an honest guy, to me, and like he is trying to 'right the ship'. He should be given the 2 weeks he alluded to, and not raked over the coals just 3 days after. Small businesses (and I know) frequently use Peter to pay Paul. I am not saying it is right, just that it exists.
4) Get off the fact that he said you have your head up your *ss, I would have said more than that, and it is not the big deal you are trying to make it out to be.
5) It is my opinion he will resolve the situation as soon as possible.
