It's looking great Dean. It's as clean as that box cue.

My camera is having trouble and won't focus on the bright Ivory against the Black. .................The inlays are sharp.................

I should have it cleared this weekend and you should see it in 2 weeks.

I know a couple guys are excited to see your cues and I'll get the pictures up this weekend.

wow!!!! this is really going to look good when its finished,i think i may try a fancy cue next time.

seriously Scott is doing work that as good as anyone in the business,i was afraid that this was too tall an order, but its about the nicest Paradise traditional cue and then some

Dean

PS on cues like this I hope to be able to post pictures,it really is too unusual to visualize or describe on the phone. How would you describe it in words.

It might be fun as a challenge to see who could describe this cue in words here.Try it and i will give a prize to the winner

I think I would have to be a world renowned art critic to describe this cue Dean - to have the knowledge to put it into words.

Truly a piece of art !

Thanks Tommy but I would really like to hear some of you try to describe it to someone as if you were seriously trying to tell someone exactly what it looks like

Also what wrap would you suggest,I am thinking black smooth leather or black linen or maybe courtland green /white? I love the cue and really want a pretty wrap.EVEN LIZARD BUT WHAT COLOR

Dean - I aways like white linen with green speck, but on this cue, I think either black linen like Joel does, has a nice shine to it - or Elephant ear in black.

I think a black color would highlight the work in the cue very richly.

Andrew Zimmern could word it. The way he describes food makes me sick.

Thanks for the comliments.

This cue might make it to the show.

Scott,

I have to congratulate you on the outstanding work you`ve done on this tribute cue. Sharp, great points and veneers, great inlays and location of inlays and what is shaping up to be a memorable cue.

Call me crazy, but my preference on this baby is white/green cortland linen wrap. Black linen would also look good. I would not do lizard.

Dean: This is one to really enjoy and to win games with! :happydance:

Scott: Another great cue. They keep on improving each time. Very impressive. :bow-down::clapping::ok:

Take care,

Will Prout

Very nice work, Scot.

I like the work in the points. Maybe something like what you have in the points for my other titlist you have.

The butt has so much good work in it, too.

They are cleared and getting close. The paradise need two of the round inlays replaced. Look close and you can see half moon inlays.

What a nice cue, long points make me happy,I have had several people compliment the Paradise tribute, funny thing about it,several great cuemakers have expressed admiration for the work and design.

Today the finish really shows it off,the trimrings at the joint are a unique twist as well. Keep this up and we will be referring to you as MR Gracio.

Dean

Dean,

Nice looking cue you have there. Scott makes some really nice solid cues. I'm already working on obtaining a few more titlists blanks to send his way.
