TAR Orders Update

I have not been keeping up here due to various things over the past month and I know people have been waiting on orders, some since early May. All of the outstanding orders are packed and will be picked up by USPS this morning from the CSI warehouse. Most orders are going Priority so people should have their stuff early next week. If you ordered a single DVD or shirt and it hasnt been past 30 days it went First Class which at most should mean an extra day or two.

Anyone who has an order should have gotten an email today from the store stating that your order was shipped. The only orders that I did not get out are a couple international orders because I did not have customs forms. I will get those and ship those orders on Monday.

I apologize for the delay and appreciate everyone's patience. Anyone who had an order past 30 days I put in a free shirt and everyone with an order got $10 worth of TAR patches. I know it doesnt make up for waiting on something when you want it but I wanted to do something.

If anyone wants a refund let me know. You can keep the product when you get it. This past 6 weeks kicked my ass. Sorry for dogging the shipping. I will do my best to make it right.

There are a couple people who had a package returned from an order during our sale or some other anomaly. I will do my best to get all that sorted by Monday. I am going through emails today but most everyone should be good to go now.

Couple people called and told me there were several threads here about the shipping. Instead of going through and posting several times I thought this thread may be more efficient. Once again thanks to everyone who ordered and I apologize for the delay.
 
The World ended when you were away man. I expect a Superman Returns style YouTube video in your spare time.

By the way can you drive to LA next week and smack Gasol in his mouth for his lack of ability to outlet pass better than a 4 year old girl.

Man, I am pulling for you but.......:D

I haven't been around much for a month or so either so I missed all the drama too. I still want a free TAR patch though.

You guys are great. It is always stellar customer service from TAR. I posted in one of the other threads that I was sure there were no worries. That said, I think (just advice not condemnation) you would be best served to just post here that you were very busy and shipping might be stalled a few weeks if this were to happen again. We all appreciate the service you guys provide and know you are stand-up guys.

I agree.

I am going to put a notice on the store to allow 4 to 6 weeks for shipping. That way people will be pleasantly surprised more often than not.
 
I talked a bunch of shit while you were away, and tried to start a revolt against TAR. Apparently I've failed.

I'm assuming my (international) order was handled in the same go so how long should I expect the delivery to take? It's been a month since Justin started this thread and two months since I ordered the DVDs.

All of the orders from that period were shipped. I will check and see what I can come up with on my end. We have had pretty shitty luck shipping things internationally. To the point where we are considering stopping it. It just pisses too many people off.

I will let you know what I come up with later today when I get to the office.

I've probably shipped fifty books Internationally. They have eventually all got there, but there have been several long delays. Problem areas to ship to include the Middle East, the Philippines and believe it or not, Canada.

P.S. On the customs form, I always label my package a "gift".

OK, not a problem. Just checked to see if it's been handled. :-)

I totally understand if there are issues with the international shipping. I wish there was a simple way to do it.

Perhaps you should considering making all deliveries by hand. You know, drive or fly the DVDs and shirts to people personally. I mean, after all, it's not like you don't have time right? Running TAR single handedly must be easy.




(For those who don't know me, I'm 100% kidding. Justin doesn't get enough credit for the stupid hours he invests)
