I posted three very basic and straightforward questions hoping for Dippy to respond, but unfortunately, he seems to have chosen to engage in more imbecilic prattle rather than answer the important stuff. :confused:

We're in America so he certainly can plead the 5th. ;)

I think after twenty pages on this thread and however many pages on the previous one, the Dip-shtick is finally wearing thin. :boring2:

Well while I was sleeping this really took off so I am playing catch up. I have seen some say that this should not be brought on here, it will help the situation more the hurt it IMO. If there were other options outside of coming on here then it would have been done. We all sat back and waited patiently for him to pay, I thought he was just making Scott sweat it because of all the drama of the 3rd set.

If there were other options then coming on here, it has been tried and done, we are not idiots. This is about letting people know he is Viffer the Stiffer and to be cautious of his moves, he is no gentleman, he does not pay his debts, he lies and is a con artist. He was payed 10k for the truck and is taking Scotts 10k and the truck, Dave is a great guy, real class act. If it did not have to be on here it would not be, all options were exhausted. I do not know where it leads from here, for me it will not go any further then here.

Anyone with half a brain has heard the "facts" and Dippy is guilty of stiffing in the 1st degree. He knows he will still get action, he will just have to post. I think some of you who say it should not be posted on here are not thinking clearly, if it was a dead beat tournament promoter not paying players it would be okay, 2 guys matching up for big cash and not paying is just as bad. Would you rather after all options are exhausted that are non violent that instead of coming on here that it should go to another level. IMO I think trying to handle it civilly is the best way, including working it out on here in public since in private it did not work.

Scott did try to be Mr. Nice Guy and waited patiently for Dippy as Dippy was punking him and stringing him along. I would have more respect if he said I am not paying and I am stiffing you in front of everyone as opposed to leading Scott on and torturing the guy a bit. I said to a friend that he is just making Scott sweat it, he will pay, I was wrong.

We all know the pool players will still play him, just as Justin said earlier in this thread and I did in the other, he who has the gold makes the rules and calls the shots, even if its a good hit...its a bad hit without him even looking.

The unfortunate thing is that the cue club getting a bad rap.All those gamblers have been patronizing a different pool room since the first week of May.They never came to Cue club to play.Suddenly they all come to cue club last night only to shit there. they never gave business to cue club since the time they all arrived iin las Vegas in May and they all come to cue club to end up in a fight. Police may think that the cue club is a bad place.I have been going to cue club for many years and I don`t recall having any problems like this.It is not fair to cue club and it`s owner Henry.


PS: I am not taking any sides in this Soap opera of amateur sissy fights.Peace

Dave, KC asked these questions about 10 pages ago and they've been reposted three times now so that you'd see them.

I'm not sure if you realize it or not, but failure to answer them is about as good as admitting your guilt.
 
Somebody please throw a beer can at the coop if there are any dramatic overnight developments like a sworn Dippy confession or a Samoan steel cage death match or Jay Helfert dressed up ninja-style in all black including his toupee in Vegas to boost the disputed SUV to sell for parts on eBay or if it turns out Bishop & Gingerbread man are actually IRS agents or....

A couple things Im curious of after reading this WHOLE thread.

1) Does anyone believe Scott Frost would have $10,000 CASH to buy a truck BEFORE he played viffer?

2) Why are so many people who are not involved asking questions (and expecting answers)? IE Kickin Chicken.

3) Is it at all possible that Scott Frost could have been paid the $50,000 and just didnt tell anyone else? I read on a poker website that Scott was playing poker at Aria one day and lost a very large chunk of cash while completely intoxicated. (can be found on the 2+2 forums, dont have a link right now, it was last week or the week before when I read it)

4) If Scott WAS NOT stiffed, why would he look for viffer and rough him up? (only other reason is actually to try and rob the guy)

5) What does everyone think is MORE likely to have happened:
A) viffer stiffed everyone
B) Scott took $50,000 and didnt tell anyone about it and that money is now gone

Its already clear who the majority of people are leaning towards.

Billy I: Do you think there is any chance Scott would have stiffed you if he had $50,000 in his hands?

Id like to point out these are just things that came to mind, I know neither party. Reading above may seem to lean one way rather than the other but in all honesty, thats what came to my head reading all of the posts. I would say it is more likely that Scott was paid than viffer stiffed everyone.
