Long long post
Here are a few more things which were comments made by more people not from this site about our FB. Hopefully this will be the last incarnation and people wont run back when he throws around a little money.
We were only being mad for the catalog scam, how do y'all feel knowing that his "real estate" dealings were with sub prime. This is my favorite commment.

This guy makes the wealthy sound like parasites, they feed until the host no longer has anything to offer, then move onto to suck another host dry. I'm glad this greedy parasite is leaving Vegas. He's selling hotels and liquidating assets no telling how it affects the community or who is losing their job. I guess his lower 9-figure income just isn't keeping him as secure as it use to. Then again, with a house at 71,000 sq ft it can't be cheap to maintain.

You can get a better insight into Mr. Eric Petersen by reviewing some of his recent past.

Not a person that we are going to cry over leaving town.
People for him now is he is well known for his "business" and he can no longer make money in Vegas. He pretty much needs to leave.

@zackiebinkes and casinokid,
Your comments are righ on the mark. Las Vegas is being used by people like Eric, taking never giving back and expecting more and then complaining when they cannot get more. Eric mentioned the casinos do not make the little guy feel like the big guy. Things have changed, but the casino are still here, still changing with the times, still hiring, and still in Las Vegas. Unlike people like Eric who run because they can no longer stuck millions out of the Las Vegas housing market. People like Eric are the bottom feeders who are the main cause of the housing market problem, selling subprime mortgages to unqualified applicants.
The casino operators have not packed up and moved out, quitters like Eric and his kind, this is what they do. Maybe we do not have all the facts about Eric and people like him, what is certain, people like Eric are not good for Las Vegas. People like Eric are best to stay out of Las Vegas. Eric and his kind are only here for the good times, and now Eric is perched like a vulture as he waits for another opportunity to feast on the efforts of Casino operators and Casino workers who really are the true building blocks of Las Vegas.
Actually in the thousands of people that would get scammed there are going to be some of those people, the statistics would pretty much demand it. There is probably a father in their somewhere that had no healthcare due to a low paying job and no benefits and his child got sick and needed surgery or they would die, and that father lost $180 on a scam, did the child live, did the family rebound from their woes, did the $180 end up costing that family dearly? Was it worth a new set of rails on a Diamond table or a tank of gas in your 4th Lambo?
There are some people who would have just been stupid with money and the $180 was as good in Fatboy's pocket as theres, but there are other people that are a very different story that got caught in the trap as well and those stories are harder to swallow.
If a guy made as much money as Fatboy claims he did off of this scam then you can guarentee that there are some truly horrific stories out there about some of the people who paid for Fatboy's "success" and wealth. Stories that Fatboy probably chooses to pretend don't exist so he can sleep at night, unless he is a psycopath in which case he lacks empathy and sleeps just fine regardless of any pain he caused others. Those are the two possibilities, either you don't think about the potential pain and suffering you are causing others when doing stuff like this, or you do think about it but you just cannot bother yourself to care.
