I know I dont speak for everyone, but that was awesome and as far as I'm concerned, John, feel free to call out anyone anytime you feel it's appropriate. Back on the topic though it's always hard to compare players across eras in any sport. In pool I think it's probably even more difficult. However I tend to think the elite players have that it factor and they'd be elite in any era. I think todays elite 14.1 players could break 526 if things were just right.

So Dragon Promotions just posted the 2012 groupings for the World 14.1. I was standing near the beef jerky stand when I was lucky enough record Schmidt find out that Bobby was in his group:

It is none of my business what Bobby's high run is, I would add that he is correct about your personal towel with the turtle wax and all Mr. 400 ( I am a witness to that). While competing against John in our Tar match he scratched on a point and took the cue ball back to his chair, he then proceeded to wipe the cue ball down with his own personal towel. I asked if his towel had any type of polishing agent or wax on it, he replied no and bounced the cue ball down on the table in anger. But then his conscience must have gotten to him cause he said well ok maybe my towel does have a little wax on it. So to say that Mr. Schmidt does not pull some moves that don't quite stir the cool aid would be inaccurate. Are there any of Mr. 400's internet buddies that would like to come to his rescue on why he thinks he can polish the white ball without notifiying his opponent first? Ohh by the way it's on film - that and his jump cue move also. Eventually John you will understand why people want to invite you to throw down, you insult people with verbal slander, argue about rules so's in order to stop play and aggrevate your opponent. It's possible that some day when you act a fool that someone will put you in your place, but I understand that your not interested in backing up your verbal slander in a physical contest - I guess thats your nature. I have acted silly also off the table but when I am losing playing pool I don't look for moves to try and anger or distract my opponent as you do sir.

1) The issue is not only with a towel but John also keeps the grease in his pants pockets also.Really who else does this.
2)The incoming player has NO idea that the cueball has been altered because jOHN does it when the player isnt looking or ask the players permission and when you player shoots his next shot he would be shooting with a loaded cueball and has no idea of the reaction on the cueball and can easily try to draw the cueball back about a foot and draw it 5 feet instead.
3)John has been caught many times doing this as he did it the whole Galveston tourney until his match with Varner and Nick caught him doing it a couple of times and John denied it and then admitted to it.so its not fair and clearly points the finger that Mr.400 is a disgrace to the game of pool and has to pull these moves along with others because he cant stand the pressure of performing and is very desperate to make a dollar.
4)Well Danny of all people I know you have a story of John begging you to split some of the prize money and not have the courage to just play for the amounts awarded to each place finished.I will be asking all the promoters that I can to start paying out the top places with a secured check so the players stop this nonsense of chopping.
5)John likes to run his mouth behind a keyboard as he did before the Hopkins event and then posted an apology just before the event to you and me to ease the tention because he was scared something physical might happen when he would see me at the event.Well no apology will be looked at this time at all from me and cant wait to see him real soon to see him stay quite and go hide in the corner or try to have people around because hes a little girl.
5)Fact is when it comes to the game of 14.1 I honestly know he has never won a world title and for that really I honestly cant name a single evnt in 14.1 that he has ever won unless it was a weekend tourney but none of any importance at all as his name ias nowhere in the bca records book playing 14.1.
6)Again John is so jealous of me he takes it to such a level that he feels he has to and actually thinks he might profit from it.If anyone knows of 1 single lie I have ever told about my high runs or anything at all than I will never mention my RECORD ON A DIAMOND OF 311 again.
7)It would be nice now to move on to what this thread headline is suppose to be and that is Willie Mosconis 526 but Johns hatred toward Mosconi and Lassiter and all the guys from yesteryears that he never met but love to put down for no reason and is extremely classless.For what it is worth I would love to get Charlie Ursettis imput on Willie Mosconis runs as Charlie was around him all the time and Willie challenged himself so much and had not an ounce of giveup in him.

i learned to drop the q ball in my pocket by ralf ,it seem like a good way to buff qball of handoil chalk etc. if u really think i have silicone wax etc in my pocket your losing it.
im putting the ball in my pocket on camera ,in front of crowds and an opponent trying to beat me.
what if they said john turn your pocket inside out how would that look.
if thats the best u can come up with ,thats kinda funny.i understand it makes u feel better since everytime we have played i beat u easy.u must find a reason while im winning. maybe that girl who drilled u had silicone in her pockets too lol.
also harriman when we played u and i both used a clean towel givin to us by kenny.it wasnt my towel ,u r just lying.its on camera trust me.
but then again u accused me of cracking your ferrull with a laser so again u guys have both lost your minds.

i just lived in wv for 2 years and virtually everyone there has a ccw which is a liscence to carry a concealed firearm.

1st off John this onslaught was all started by you not me,Danny or any other person and i have totally enjoyed all the way through as you bashing me in every direction that you think hurts my feelings or gets your jollies off is funny.You are such a great example for others and youngsters but then again in 14.1 you have never won anything anyways and Danny certainly has and even myself have won a few tourneys.

I made that offer a couiple years ago.I had only asked that he put up his own money and to let the public put up a betting line since I would be considered an underdog i could have bet another 10k and got around 6-8 to 1 on my money and robbed him as the match was to be played on my table.I wouldnt play him now a race to 500 if i started with 499 and he broke the opening rack wide open as he doesnt deserve any publicity from the pool world because he is a cheat.
since it has become a personal statement from John of my weight and health we can take it into a closed area and i will tie both my hands behind my back and fight and may the best man win but that wouldnt add up as im a man and hes acts like a ___.
