So where is the Bonus Ball annoucement?

I took a risk for the sake of comedy.
What can I say? I'm a troll magnet.
Why is it that every thread I read, this JAM person is in it? It seems that 90% of people here are annoyed by her. She doesn't like invisible nipples and doesn't want anything to succeed that she doesn't play. She spends more time posting on threads than at the table it seems.
AZ, I think you guys need a new rule: Members can only post as many comments as hours they've spent playing pool.
Her response will be something about "I've been playing pool since the dawn of time blah blah, and I know so-and-so and so-and-so and I know x amount of people more than you and they like me."

That you act like you know something about my business is pretty funny. If I am employed by Griffin I want a raise...but I will answer your questions truthfully.
As to Nathan. Yes I dislike Nathan. Very much. More than anyone else I have ever come in contact with in this industry. To use a phrase I learned from my grandfather "I wouldnt piss down his throat if his guts were on fire." I have my reasons. They are none of your or anyone else's business and I am 100% secure in why I have them.
So that probably does play into my feelings on Bonus Ball a little. Its more the fact that I have seen Nathan's arrogance crash and burn before. I have heard all the "game changing" talk and blah blah blah. So when he started it again with BB yeah I felt like I have heard this bullshit before.
Your problem is that like many people you have no clue that this Bonus Ball fiasco has a long history before your buddies jumped on board or before it hit AZ. There is all kinds of shit that happened you do not know about. Some of these things informed my opinions.
I have a dislike for bonus ball because every time they had a chance to do something right they did the opposite. I suspect most of this is not due to malice but mostly incompetence, arrogance, ego or simply not knowing what the hell they were doing.
Maybe you havent heard or maybe you dont believe but Bonus Ball is not paying the players. Thats fact. Therefor why the hell would I worry about competition from something that will not exist very long? Also I sell pool. They sell a game that uses similar equipment. Judged on the 70 buyers they have for the season package and never having sold a seat they dont sell it very well though.
I dont fault the players for taking a shot. People they trusted told them it was good. I just hope they are more careful who they listen to next time.
Edit to add: Probably the thing that tilts me most of all is the Bonus Ball management promoting the idea that anyone who criticizes their decisions or actions is some how against the players making money or some such bullshit.

I'm a huge bonus ball supporter and I talk a lot of trash. But you sir, I will never go to battle against you. Your a freaking BOSS. I can't compete with you.
I will tell you a little about who this JAM person is, Shes been around pool and pool players since the early 70s, i would say, she worked in pool rooms, she ran Maryland state pool tournaments, shes been there and done that in the pool world.
The lady does know what she is talking about in the pool community, Jam grew up with pool and now is getting old with pool, the lady does a lot here at AZ!
And Jam always had a dam good player by her side!
She mite not always be right, but take it easy on her, after all she is a LADY!
PS Jam will speak her mind and i dont know about you, but i love a lady like that!

I agree with Montreal. I took a load of apples there once. They pretend that they don't speak English and forced me to order off the menu in broken French.
So, I ate Chinese as they didn't have a problem with me speaking English. Problem solved. Viande and pom du tere or whatever isn't too hard.

At this point all I have is 2nd hand info and the info on here. I have no reason to disbelieve the posts on these forums as they all seem to be getting their info from the horses mouth.
If these statements about players not getting paid are true then I say SHAME on Bonus Ball/WPBL. It is terrible form, The players went into this with eyes wide open and are big boys. They will do what they need to do for the best, however they should not be in this position. Lets see when we get down to the actual truth as to what has happened and what will happen moving forward.
I just really hop these guys did not re arrange their lives for this an not get paid. I know you can say "Well what else would they have done if bonus ball had not come along?" Well that much is true there has not been alot going on BUT to be honest they could have just stayed home with family or hung out instead of it actually costing them money for flights hotels and just Vegas living. At the end of the day it has cost these guys to be a part of this. If I am ever in the unlikely position where I can do a MAJOR event like this was supposed to be You better believe it WILL NOT start without having all the money in escrow with maybe 2 other signers on the account an SHOW it to anyone who wants to see it. I m really pissed. Although the players who are the ultimate decision makers for themselves I do know a number of these guys on a personal basis and hate to see them get stiffed.

especially when those people play "mum" pool for the cameras.
Bonus Ball has so many things going for it.

The ignore feature works pretty well except when so many people get annoyed and respond by quoting the numerous drivel posts that immediately after the ignored post you will see quoted the very thing you have on ignore
I would love to read this if anyone can link it.
