The document of our pool related road trip across the U.S. updated daily

I wish SJD wasn't 100 years old - I'd get that outfit out and play him in it. LMAO!!!

OK, so I ain't a 'hunnert' yet !..But, I do have a 'great grand-daughter', who is about to make me a 'GREAT,GREAT, GRANDPA soon !..I shall coach her new offspring, (male or female) to beat the Coyote playing one pocket, by the time he/she is 10 or 12 !..Wil-ey will be in his 60's by then, and waaaaay over the hill !...How do ya like 'dem oranges ? :kma:

Its pretty obvious, this will not end

Yes, I guess it's ok to reveal my true identity after almost 30 years. ;) Strong Arm John and I won a fortune in Florida back during that time period, especially in the Miami area, including Key Largo and Key West.

I also toured the state in an 'Air Brush Magic' truck with a crew from Indiana playing anyone and everyone. We had everyone believing we were there selling T-Shirts and other Airbrushed merch. What a wild time when every town had pool action and their own "town champion".......I'm glad we all got to see those times, it's certainly different now.

Yes, that was a different time for sure. Good memories. Johnnyt

Traveling with Strong Arm, you could write a book on that but it would look like the old Encyclopedia set instead of a book.

LOL

This week has been great, I met quite alot of pro pool players. The atmosphere around the U.S. Open and Q Masters is really exciting. There is alot of action at Q Masters.

I've been working on my game, 1 thing I have found is that I play best when I am well rested. When I'm rested I play like a solid B player. When I have been awake over 16 hours my game drops below C player. I mean litterally I can't get out on a 3 ball run with ball in hand that is how bad my game gets with no sleep.

I am starting to develop an interest in 1 pocket. I just wish there was a way to practice 1 pocket on my own and still learn as much as I could from it as I would from gambling.

We will be in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach area until this Saturday. Going to Charlotte next stop for another week to see how many lessons we can get and hopefully get some action.

Your customers at Brickyard will be disappointed. Mark is ready to play you some more.

Nice, I can't wait to get back to the Brickyard, I really should be sleeping right now but I am too excited about tomorrows match. I am playing a guy at Q Masters tomorrow at 1 PM for $50 per rack 9-ball, I will let him increase the bet and or play him until he quits.

She'll really be sick if he blows a huge number to someone else...

I know u read genes posts..I see he is constantly upset about u playing all the time when u r tired..He has made numerous posts about things involving ur play .Do u think always trying to do the right thing in his eyes is hurting ur game?

I think he does not have enough faith in me. But I guess I haven't earned it yet. I blew $100 practicing today with an A player just to pass time while I waited for my fish. Then my fish arrived and I had to go back to get Gene from the motel. When I got back I tried to hurry back because I was afraid he would jump into action with someone else before I returned and I was right he was playing cards for money by the time I got back. Luckily his friend asked me to rematch him who also has a lot of money himself. So I told him I didn't want to play for less than $100 per rack knowing I wanted to make back the $200 I lost the previous night when I was over tired and the $100 I lost today practicing with the A player. I played very well, had plenty of rest, took all my vitamins, and ate right I felt great and I beat him out of $600 before his friend decided it was time to tell him to quit so they could go to the strip club.

Anyway I talked to them, either one of them are willing to play me some more tomorrow around 5 PM.
