I thought it was a 5 pack. Dennis was lights out early in the match, it must of been a dry break 4 pack because it was 1-1 then all a sudden 6-1 dennis. The 5 pack is still a possibility. Lenny have faith
There was no 5 pack.
Dennis won the game to get to 1-1, then he ran 4 to get to 5-1, then on the next game he broke and got a tough layout and played his 3-ball into a jawed stripe to block the pocket. He won that game to get to 6-1 and then broke and ran the next 3 to get up 9-1.
Race is too long for DAZ, he can't see the finish line.
Can't believe I wasted $18 on 8 ball what a joke it is watching this game. No strategy just break and run out

Daz and Dennis both put themselves in a coma. I cut the ref/timekeeper from this match to save money because TAR is struggling so instead of cutting money to the players I cut staff by doing away with the shot clock and one camera operator.
Both guys said they dont need a shot clock anyway they play fast. This is not the case and both of them took forever. Its not their fault its mine. Most of our previous 8 ball matches were over in around 3-4 hours with a clock. Last night took a little over six. I believe if both guys were under a 40 second clock they would of played better. Without a clock they had time to get in their own head rack after rack which I believe is the reason we saw such weird things in the end of the match. At least those who actually watched it.
If I do any more matches it will be with a shot clock or I wont do them.
Justin, don't sweat it too hard brother. You are still providing us with amazing matches, with world champions, in crystal clear HD. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that we're very grateful.
Thanks I appreciate it.
Watching guys agonize over decisions endlessly tilts the shit out of me though. It was a vey weird set overall and the way Darren played reminded me of his match with Bartram. He just looked lost at the end. I think thats because he was just worn out from focusing so hard for so long. A clock kind of makes you turn the page and get on with it even when you screw up.

The changing of the rules was very confusing
