When I used to attend tournaments and was on site, I could see which players looked as if they had the strength and/or will to win.
I do know that even though the payouts are great, I'd venture to guess that every single player in this tournament is backed/staked, and, of course, savers abound. That's just the way it is at most events. That's the only way a player can afford to go to something like this with a big entry fee.
I do believe, though, that every player in this tournament is giving it their all. It is really great to see Tony Chohan playing so well. You can't win 'em all, but it would be nice to see him make a good score.

He is definitely in the driver's seat, but Frost is in the rears. You can't count him out. He just might freeze the whole tournament and come out on top.
it's been fun watching Tony do so well. His banking game is terrific - even the Z banks.

Danny is still at the pool room now been in action all night he is like a throw back to the old school players that battle for the cash :smile:
He better gets some rest before the hotseat match with T-Rex he will need his best game to beat Tony.

Well, it did me some good.I hope both of these entities -- Erica and Ray -- can find a way to end the public discourse and settle this behind the scenes. It does nobody any good to debate who's right, who's wrong, what happened, what didn't happen, especially when the majority of readers were not present.
May both of them bury the hatchet and move forward with grace.

This all becomes very obvious if you watch the video Crazy Erica talks about. You can hear her screaming "I can do whatever I want" several times over and over. She obviously has a high sense of entitlement.
I hope Ray does not come out any worse for the wear when the dust settles. I do not know him personally or Erica either for that matter, all I know is that Ray offers very professional PPV streams that I am happy to pay for and watch and the free streams from Erica that I have spent a few minutes sampling are not worth watching for free in my opinion.
It is my opinion that the players should be happy to have professional footage of their matches for potential sponsors, the professional broadcasts also have a better chance of drawing larger interest into the sport which can only be good for the players. If all they have is some free cell phone streaming it looks shoddy and unprofessional. For these reasons it does not seem right that players should be expecting any royalties for streaming, it all sounds a little ridiculous, especially considering how small of an audience that pool has.

Kind of reminds me of the time when the house next door was being renovated.
I come home to see an electrical cord coming over the fence into my outdoor plug in.
Not that I really cared, or worried about the little electricity that they would use. Just thought that it was rude to have entered my yard when I wasn't home and took it upon themselves to plug in.
Now, if I would have pulled their extension cord out and ripped the end off, tossed it over the fence and caused any type of damage to any of their tools that it was plugged into, would have I been to blame.
Same thing. Agreements and acknowledgment. Then go ahead and violate the rules.
If this went down as BT says it did, Lap Top being pulled from the table when the cable was being fished out. Or maybe they knew her PC was attached and did it to teach her a lesson. Either way, maybe lessons need to be taught on occasion.
Don't see the sense in starting a Thread in the Main making accusations, if they can be proven to be not true. Just makes CE look Crazy. In the past, when members have tried to do this same type of thing to others, and just post either untrue info, or just their side of the story, hoping that the Sheeple will jump on the Band Wagon and start Tilting At Windmills, they usually get found out. Doesn't make sense for your own reputation, on AZ and elsewhere.
Would piss me off to no end also. BT's past performances or character not withstanding. If I were to go to a certain expense to make things happen, take money out of my pocket in advance, and hope to make it back plus some for time and effort, and have someone horn in on the action and stream from the same venue for Free, try it just once and see how anyone else would feel about the situation.

Blue Hog Ridr -- this is what Crazy Erica and her two buddies want. They want to have a site where all pool videos are uploaded to and not have them housed on YouTube. A site that she owns. Then she will run Google ads or whatever on this site. She will get the Google Ad money and then keep some (I would think a large % for herself and her two buddies) and filter the rest to the pool players. Basically she wants to transfer the YouTube method of operation to herself. She thinks there is millions in this although the numbers tell otherwise. Also she fails to understand that NO pool player videos himself so to burn a bridge with the Big Trucks of the world is just damaging her lottery ticket winning dream.
