Well if there are 14 people that posted in the minute it hit a MILLION, all that has to be done is look at the seconds and determine which one is the true millionth.
1st timer' should be given a book, not the award package.

I would say congrats to the person who made that post, but that seems kind of strange considering that it is my site.
So instead, I will just say that I want to thank everyone for making the forums what they are. I never thought the forums would grow to be this big and it is with thanks to all of you that it has.

Nope that does not compute. There have been over 61,000 threads started in the main forum. That means 61,000+ initial posts. I think the forum averages 600 or so posts a day. With your explanation the 1 millionth post would have happen 3 or 4 months ago.
