Hey folks, I'm looking at getting a new table soon and would like some opinions on which cloth to get. I've always had Simonis 860 on my tables but what about the brunswick centennial or championship tour edition cloth? Which one would you go with and why?
Thanks y'all, John

I just moved my old table to my new home which has a room large enough for it (my old home had a room that wasn't wide enough and I had to have a wall cue with a few winches cut off if you ended up against the rail to shoot with a level cue) and I chose Simonis 860 HR Tournament Blue and I couldn't be happier with it. I had a Simonis knock-off (green) cloth on it originally and there's no comparison with the look and play if you have the real Simonis cloth. I'm sure the other cloths you are asking about are good, but my choice would be Simonis.Best cloth is Simonis 860.. (Tournament Blue)
All others are fighting for 2nd place..
IMO,
For home and residential use, go with the simonis,
For commercial use, pool hall ect.....i like champion T.E..
We have had both in our room,.....from what we experienced champion wears better and thus...lasts longer.
Unless recovering your med/high volume banger tables every 2-5 years w/simonis as opposed to about 5 or more w/champion ."with proper care" isnt a factor financially.
The playing differences between the two are not that different, same blend of materials. its the "weave " i guess that sets them apart.
And the factors Jude and others pointed out as far as trying to replicate your "playing out" conditions may be best suited for you if your that kind of player.
and go GREEN
