Bad blood.

TheMarsMan was the first to catch this a few days ago. I don't know what marketing class would teach that move....buy something for 5k ...oh and pay me another 5 bucks for shipping. Haven't looked at it lately but several days ago itwas 10k with 5k as a starting bid...don't yell at me if that's what it still says..Isis mention I hadn't looked at it lately

TV Mike!!! LMAO Selling the rights to the bad blood match for anyone to market world wide!!!
Hmmmmm?? Does he really have the right to do that??????

I can't get the comment ,he made,,out of my head when I think of him. ,,I read it from one of his posts from years back when his multi billion (lol) marketing buisness went to hell and people were all over him about refunds.
"For god sakes,,,I live with my mom" !!!:bow-down: Priceless!!!

hmmm

what a freakin joke.

This DVD was not very good. The match is great, just not the DVD production value. Lots of missing stuff and skips many times. A friend of mine bought it and let me watch it. And I know what is missing since I was at the event to watch. The production value is not very good. The art work and DVD case is pretty cool, but that's about it. He seemed to miss some crucial stuff during the matches do to various "glitches" not under his control.

So, he can't sell 30 videos, and selling 100 will make you $5K, but he wants the $5K now. And then you start making money after you sold your 101st video. He makes money immediatley. And you will have 100 folks out there telling everyone this was not a high production video. YIKES.
He's got some brass ones, I'll give him that. Maybe I will just "make" copies of my friends DVD and just GIVE them away...just a thought !!

And you wonder why I had a problem with this guy! After all we went through he had the balls to offer this set to me. I don't remember the price then as I quickly deleted his e-mail to me. I'm pretty sure it was quite a bit less than 5K. I like the part where he says/admits that he will re-list it AFTER he sells the rights to someone. That's what I call full disclosure.
LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

I seen that too,,,,he wants 5000 for the master set!!!,, and is gonna try to sell as many "master"sets as he can. ,,LMAO

So folks,,don't worry about an auction ,for this ,with high prices,,,,you buy it now for a low price and I will just re-post another set for this,,, rare one of kind item!!!..

If someone does buy a set and he does not have the rights to sell it,,,,,as he is doing. Tis tis tis,,, could be jail time!!!

For god sakes,,,I live with my mom!!! lol

I would be hesitant to trust the Skank with 10 dollars let alone 5K.

Why hasn't someone punched him in the face really hard by now?

I reported his auction on a copywrite violation. Maybe they will dick him around on it if he can't prove he owns the rights to the master discs.

He had a change of heart, it now says, "FREE Expedited Shipping"

After reading a few threads about pool industry folk in recent times, I am convinced today more than ever that some entities should let somebody else, a professional, handle their public affairs.

The ABP debacle is a good example, and I could list a few others, but I won't.

It is truly very difficult to be chief cook and bottle washer when you're in business. The only way to grow your business and succeed is to hire *trusted* professionals to handle some operations of the business. Finding these gems in the industry is difficult, and trusting them may be the hardest of all if you're a perfectionist. To be the receptionist, financial officer, IT technician, president, and courier is a difficult task to pull off.

In fact, I'll even go so far as to say that, IMO -- emphasizing "IMO" -- the majority of people who do succeed in business are megalomanic jerks who benefit by manipulating the system to their advantage, even if it means STEALING. Nice guys really do finish last.

TV Mike may be well-meaning in his efforts, but he has a funny way going about it. He maybe should leave the communications to somebody else and just concentrate on doing the technical work.

It seems to me ,,even though he may have the rights to sell copies,,(through what ever deal he worked out when he did this event.),,,how does that give him the authority to sell the marketing rights to it??

I think a whole boat load of people were eliminated in the Guru's mind!!!(of self proclaimed marketing)

Doesn't that usually include everyone that was involved with the event? Players,,the people who put it all together?? If marketing it world wide,,,to sell at retail stores it might take more than a signature from a washed out guy with a camera!!

I think the worst thing that could happen to him,,is if someone actually bought it,,,then ,,just maybe,,they will find out they don't have any legal rights to anything!!!

I just went and looked at TV mikes status. Why is he banned?? I did not know that,,,,,I was hoping he would make a few statements!!

I'll bet it burns the arse of the people who really did put this all together. Does this mean they have to buy the rights to it from TV mike?? lol

Hmmmm? Wonder what would happen if they bought it,,then disputed it??

As far as I know, Mike did indeed own the rights. The listing was legit and thus should not have been removed.

(that's not to say it wasn't completely ridiculous)

.

I seen part of it during the free streaming. Wasn't very exciting at the time and from the complaints that others have made I doubt that many will be buying it.

yeah, as the referee I was supposed to get a free dvd since I did the event for expenses. Still waiting.

I guess I was one of the few that bought a copy. Haven't had a chance to watch it yet but I'm looking forward to doing so. He was pretty easy to deal with and shipped it out promptly.
