I know the OP and have seen the messages. I've offered to the buyer to send them back complete and I'd refund his money. No reply to that. His MO is (per several trustworthy people) to wheel and deal after the fact.

I've also bought two Titlists from the buyer not knowing he's had 20 user names without any issues and I've even said that.

I think if he had been able to control his temper this wouldn't be a big deal.

Guy paid $200 for 11 house cues and the seller was going to give him back $120.

I advised him to just reverse the deal when he receives his products back. Be done with it.

Then the guy goes full blown crazy when he's called out for his 20 usernames and aliases. Guy is a full on maniac.

Unless your gravel is painted randomly, as a geologist, I can assure you, that sorting by color should suffice as density sorting.

the reason user name master 9 baller was banned was due to a thread he started about him playing a match with some one.

i questioned some inconsistent statements he made about his story. as in this thread ...he went full blown retard and was banned. he was the only person to ever give me red ..so far. :D

I've been known to get heated before, but this guy takes it to a whole new level and to threaten to put a bullet in someone's head via text shows he's probably as dumb as the op thought...

btw 2strong4you, I'll take you up on ANY of the bets you offered the op...well at least I would if you seemed honest enough to follow through on any of them...

Sonny, you know as well as I do people around our way don't not play - at all. I had someone on here of particular infamy tell me they were gonna shoot !e full of holes right before their exile. I told them exactly where they could find me and come on down - but make sure they don't miss. Still don't even know what they were upset about, I had actually posted up supporting them lol!

I had a wacky job no the same to me. I did my "detective internet" thing and had all of his personal info and was speaking to a detective in his hometown in no time. As soon as he heard the name he went nuts. Seems the lad was a sex offender. I forwarded the screen shots and said nut job had the popo at his door in less than an hour.

I just love keyboard cowboys that think they have impunity.

Ya know though, IMHO I think popo most of the time can only be reactive not so much proactive. For this reason I think I prefer to settle out of court ��

BTW, do u see Chief and Wayner much anymore?
 
Just another person to vouch for Zack Sanderson. I know Zack, and he has never, to my knowledge, tried to scam anybody. He is an upfront kind of guy. He buys and sells a bunch of cues, and with this lot of cues selling for that cheap, it seems to me that the buyer should know that they weren't perfect.

Did my best to resolve issue!

The deal was for 6 Straight with possible Taber($200) roll and 5 Damaged($100). The cracked one was part of Stated DAMAGED.. I never called him a liar and offered to ship another cue. I DID SEND ALL!!! And then he agreed to $125 partial refund.

I DID EVERYTHING IN MT POWER TO ACCOMMODATE THIS GUY BUT HE CONTINUED TO HARASS ME AND TELL ME HE WAS GOING TO GET THEM FREE!!!!!

I will not get threatened and harassed its Not right!!!!

I have given him money, been nice, offered to ship other cues FREE OF CHARGE!

ITS TOO MUCH! MY REPUTATION SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!

What should be made known here is that some on this forum are BANNED members posting and/or use multiple member identities. BIG difference between that and being anonymous.

BTW, do you have more than one identity on this forum? It's one thing to be anonymous, but it's another to be anonymous with multiple member names.
