I've seen cue repair guys set up their lathes at tournaments before, but never at a single challenge match. lol

You know. It occurs to me.
He could solve the problem by having someone make 10 shafts for his cue and every time a ferrule wore out throw it in the trash.

Perhaps instead of a cue case he could bring a golf bag and have a shaft caddy.

The shafts might get lost at the bottom of the golf bag. As slow as Ace shoots, he would be burning up table time at $12.00/hr or so....not to mention several BD cubes of chalk at $3.50/ea.

I propose an arrow quiver for a quick draw with Unilock 1/4 turn shafts to save on table time.



Of couse it should be embellished with JBcases artfull tooling.
