About a week ago, I put out a thread asking for help in getting my Skip Weston cue back.

Guy answered the call...new where to go...and made some magic happen.

The only problem is that I didn't get my cue back in it's original configuration........

I got it back with a WICKED piece of leather provided by JWP...and installed by Joe Callaluca!!! :D :D :eek:

The cue looks phenomenal...even better than when I received it brand new from Skip in April '06.

Big thanks to Guy....he got my Skip back to me...and got it QUICK!!!

Cornerstone

Just wanted to say that I had a great experince with Bill from Cornerstone. This was at the Derby. I picked up a Hercek players cue. It was the exaact weight that I ask for and the trade in he gave me on my Richard Black Bushka was fantastic. He has an assortment of cues that could cause someone to go into Cardiac Arrest. I just again want to say thanks to Bill.

Just received a cue from guycrunch. All I can say is I wish everyone was this easy to deal with. He even was pretty modest about the condition of the cue. It was fantastic! I hope to deal with him again. Thanks Guy

and as for my ongoing transactions with mark, 8-ball rat, let me just say that he is fantastic to deal with and one of the polite and pleasant people i have met. it's no wonder so many people offered him help when he needed it. that's a great example of the az-ers pulling for each other. and mark and i share the same disease, we just cannot help ourselves. the cue addiction is strong in us and we just need to have them all!! thanx mark and we'll see how long before we do it again.

Just a quick note that I bought a cue and shaft from poolplayer2093 and I got it real quick and with out incident up here in Canada.Thanks db Custom Cues

Fool4pool is a dynamite seller. Great cue, perfect cue! Good price which he was willing to negotiate. Shipped before he got the check. During the conversation about the cue etc, we discovered we had met back in the 70's and had several mutual friends.. so he had reason to trust me more than your average seller. Very good transaction for which I am grateful. A cue I've been wanting for a long time.
 
Just completed another transaction with Tonov12. Prompt payment & a pleasure to do business with. Only thing I've seen faster was a homeless bum running across the grocery store parking lot with a pack of steaks under his shirt.:D :D :D
