Being fair to USPS, UPS, FEDX, and the other LTL Carriers. They move a hell of a lot of things daily, delivery daily, and most of time it is problem free.
We only hear the horror stories, and like I said once I had something destroyed by USPS, I call shipped, sent photos. Item was reshipping. Dropped off damage item at local post office. Item was replaced in 3 days.

You can thank Louis DeJoy for all the cuts and changes he’s made that has nothing to do with the Postal ServiceWell I only use Express once to USA recently, and one to Asia both times zero problems.
Prior to Covid I used Priority many time, with insurance. Always 2-3 day before Covid.
Sadly Priority is not 2-3 days now, took 20 days on incoming package. But it finally got delivered.
Post Office no longer is Priority 2-3 days.

Plus when I lived in Miami we got home delivery of mail twice a day. But I left Miami before the 64 Cuban Cigar embargo.
