On the POV website I've been hung at 4:19 on the 2012 Finals replay for about 20 minutes. It's the third time it's happened today.

I hope the live match will be better.

I know it's free, but in the businesses I've run I also gave free samples to get new customers. I told every employee to make sure the "free" customers got our absolute best/no shortcuts. Why would I pay good money to attract potential customers and then give them a lesser experience?
