It's from Portillo's some of the best IB in the Chicago area. There are some other recipes on this website but I have not tried them.
I know this is shredded IB and not sliced but you will get that IB flavour.

I guess I'm lucky, Portillo's opened up a couple locations in Southern California, one I hit coming and going to Palm Springs without fail. I've another guy whose from Chicago that has a hot dog stand near John Wayne airport. Great burgers and dogs and fabulous dripping IB's with skin on fries.
