OK, Kids, I need a $20.00 medical term (that’s big, nearly unpronounceable and unrecognizable) that would describe the condition of someone who scratches WAY more then they should for being a level 8+ player. This fellow is a pretty darn good shot but seems to have a demon that makes him scratch unpredictably and often. It’s really funny and I want to ’name’ his condition for him. LOL !! Thanks for whatever you come up with.

Well, to be straight up.. This is technically an "attention deficit disorder". Cuz one would expect to learn common ball paths off of common shots if they played enough to be an 8+ player. If that player keeps scratching, they are obviously not paying attention to expected ball paths.
OR... They play very poor position, getting thin on everything, and make it up with shotmaking. I have murdered so many bar table players who were very fine shotmakers.

In our league, which is Valley, you've got 6 through 10. 6's are beginners and 10's are the very best so (very few of those)
